Mookanana Jungle Resort & Spa

We had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was i warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were top-notch--especially the spa. Mr. Albin ,the therapist , has given an excellent service in the spa. Mr. Jacob ,the manager, took care our all the needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options., and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for.

Really loved the stay in this Resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well-stocked. I appreciate the attention to detail in the room's decor and design. It felt like a cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I loved the peaceful surroundings and stunning views. It was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge and would definitely recommend this resort to others and the experience was well worth it.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. But the restaurant could've focused more on cleanliness. There were a variety of activities which we enjoyed. The rooms are huge and well maintained. Our package included breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were a variety of options for each meal and the food was tasty too. Kids enjoyed at the play area as well as the pool. The bonfire was not upto our expectations as there was No music which kinda killed the vibe. There's No cellular network in this place and we have to solely rely on their Wi-Fi which is of average speed. Has plenty of parking space but it was full on the weekend that we visited as most of the rooms were booked

The resort is very good and place is like a jungle..so no network only wifi available in rooms and reception. The place was cozy and i have spent a great time there. People like Rajitha, rushmi, albin(spa) and vishnu were so kind and good with their services. But the house keeping team and restaurant team members were not responding on time and they were reluctant to answer the questions there was water problem for me where there was no water for 1 hour in the bathroom. Food was ok as starters weren't that good and chicken was hard Overall the resort is good but service team could have been better with responding to customers

We had a pleasant and beautiful stay at Mookanana resort in the midst of flora and fauna. The hospitality and hygiene was top notch. I really appreciate Rajitha's kindness and her hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. All the staff of Mookanana were very polite, kind and well mannered. We spent quality time and carried beautiful memories and returned with a thought of visiting again. I would like to thank chefs and the staff who served food for the wonderful meals and breakfast. Would like to thank people who picked and dropped us to the destination. They were all rounders. They were not only driving but also cleared the table at the restaurant. Food was really delicious with many varieties. Ambience of the restaurant was great.

Not at all worthy. Over priced during the long weekend. Terrible service for the price we paid. During our stay , anything and everything we tried to reach or order was delayed like he'll. Reception was not answering for any questions. Don't care attitude from staff. Almost took 2 hours to get the orderd food delivered. Toilets were missing with basic amenities like towels. It took almost 1 hour to get towels in room.if you want to experience the wait game, go.ahead and book. We have escalated this matter over receptionist mobile as no one was answering the landlines, still no care attitude. I didn't experienced this much worst experience in a holiday till now!
