Coorg Holiday Cottage

My Trip to Coorg, with family of 5 was an absolute relaxing experience, and for this we definitely would praise the place where we stayed, Coorg Holiday cottage. Property owned by Mr. Devanira Boppanna, is so well maintained and the ambience created is heavenly. Very neatly maintained property, lush green, with cottage amidst coffee Plantation, was just a relaxing experience and enjoying for all of us. The Cottage is very neatly maintained and service provided by the host makes you feel at Home. We stayed for 3 nights and while leaving, we were still thinking, why couldn't we stay few nights longer. A perfect recommendation for my friends for sure, but you guys should definitely try it. The home food served is awesome. Overall Hospitality at its best and five star standard.....With very affordable pricing.....Overall an absolute must stay experience

I would like to share my experience in coorg holiday cottage.I had been there with my wife and friends. It's a beautiful place to stay, very neatly maintained cottages built in between the lush green plantations. Place is calm and composed with excellent sceneries.||We received a very warm welcome with great hospitality. We were guided with the exact routes to reach this place and other site seeings. His suggestions and advices was very helpful. Very cleanly servered home made food was given for breakfast. ||I would like to thank Mr. Bopanna (owner of the property), for such a great experience and the caretaker Mr. Lokesh.||I would definitely suggest this place to all.

Visited may 2017. Lovely property. ||||We opted for the three bedroom cottage. It has three ensuite rooms and two rooms attached to two of the main bedrooms. There's a large enough dining area with two extra beds in that room too! the rooms were neat and tidy. so were the bathrooms. we paid 1200/ per head(13 of us) , which included the breakfast. the breakfast was a simple affair but tasty homemade. Campfire was also part of the Tariff(many places in Coorg charge extra for campfire) the host Mr Bopanna and his Family are quite professional and no nonsense people, very pleasant and nice .The helper Mr Lokesh has tremendous patience and is very amicable.||||The property has a huge lawn adorned with a tree house right at the gate where there is a one bed room cottage. there is a basket ball court too. As one goes deeper inside the property, we see coffee plantations among which stands a bigger taller treehouse that sways with the wind!!!!||||We were running across to various destinations , so could not appreciate the whole property( hope Mr Bopanna wud give us a huge discount at our next visit ;) )||the only con that found was that the food outlet that is close by is way too expensive for the quality of food it serves. Food if needed at the property should be ordered in advance...and i assume that is a costly affair too...but cause we dint have an opportunity to try it out, i am not the right person to comment.||Overall the stay was awesome! My son and me would love to visit again !||||Note: We had our vehicle, so accessibility was not an issue for us.

Just what the soul needs. This place is simply beautiful. The hosts are wonderful people. Both Mr. Bopanna and his wife were extremely hospitable and courteous. ||||We were a family of 4 and had a cottage with 2 bedrooms which were impeccably kept. The place is a very open space with landscaping and lawns overseeing the coffee estate.||||A special mention must be made of Lokesh, the watchman, who would see to all your needs being met.

The cottage is good. Reasonable rate. The owner is good. We get compliment breakfast. It's a coffee estate. Nothing to do or see inside the estate. There is a pond but not a place you want to go sit and spend time. Bonfire will be provided in the night. Home delivery for food available.

We went as 3 families (couples+kids). We took one cottage with 3 rooms. The cottage and the resort was very well maintained by Mr.Bopanna. The hospitality was gud. Morning breakfast is complimentary, but the quality of food could be improved. Otherwise the stay was good. Since there was rain when we stayed there, we couldnt get the camp fire. There is a small lake in the resort. The best time is an early morning walk thru the coffee plantation. ||||I would strongly recommend this resort to anyone who plans for a short stay in Coorg. Its suitable for honeymoon couples as well :).

It is an absolute serene place to spend your holidays with your loved ones.Enjoyed being there,the kids had a wonderful time playing around.|The complimentary breakfast was just perfect to kick start the day.The place is just incredible for the long awaited get together party with cousins. Had two days of fun filled activities around and a lots of shopping for spices and home made chocolates. The pork fry was yummy here,don't miss it..|Overall a refreshing and relaxed holiday...

Cleanliness : 9/10||Hospitality : 10/10||Food : 9/10||Estate : 9/10||Cottage: Big ,spacious, clean rooms with a big verandah.||Price : Reasonably priced for the service||||Estate is green with beautiful trail leading to cosy tree houses . Place for animal lovers. They have four beautiful dogs on the estate . They also provided bonfire on request also ensured we had good privacy . Overall extremely hospitable who work with your plans. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable weekend stay.
