This is a very good property in terms of planning and amenities and interiors which are done with granite countertops and vitrified tiles etc But the maintenance is a major cause of concern Looks like the owner wanted a great hotel to be built for people visiting Ranebennur but they appointed wrong people who did not take care of the property. The stench of the bar below is too overwhelming. Not a great place to get your family.

Waste of money, no cleanliness untidy washrooms, this hotel is only for those who come for 2 or 3 hours to have sex and go. Families never visit this, no hot water no AC full mosquitos waste of speaking about this hotel. Note : If there is a option for 0 rating i would have given that

Hotel is located on the main road, nearly 2 kms from Ranebennur Rly Station. Staff were very cordial,supported me very well. Lacks bit in hygiene as bathroom was not that clean and room space was very less. Since I stayed in double bed AC room, i was expecting bit more cleanliness and room space.

Place could be improved but for a small city it's a cozy place to spend a transit night nothing more
