HOTEL SRI NANDI

I visited this so called Hotel with my family for an engagement ceremony being in the town. By far this has to be the worst experience I've ever experienced staying at any hotel. There were cockroaches roaming around always, the bathroom was kept unhygienic, the room was dusty, the pillow covers were not washed, the bedsheets were unwashed, the light bulbs were not working. I can name 10 more things that can give you an idea about how this lodge is actually doing. The rooms are just kept layered clean but when you actually stay for couple of days (which we did because we had no choice with a couple of toddlers being with us) it got worse. The people who manage this hotel need to have a good hard look at what they are providing as a service to their guests because they are running a business just for the sake of it. Absolutely the worst management skills. What I hate about when people say "what can you expect in such a remote village?" That's the mentality that keeps us away from being better and keeps us in the forever developing country zone. To the hotel management, Please change yourselves before people change their preferences and leave you high and dry forever. Or else handover your business to someone who would actually do a better job than you. P.s You seriously need to stop this madness of giving people dirty rooms with no service.

From next time onwards, I am Not Going to Visit This Hotel in my entire Life. Extra Charges For everything and the manager talking very rudely. I suggest Everyone not visit this hotel.

On entering, the room looked quite clean and tidy . But the beds were having lots of hairs which was not tolerable due to question of hygiene. No towels no paste no bedlamp totally a poor maintenance. toilet was dirty. Only rooms were spacious with 4 bedding.

It's clean and family friendly hotel and food is also worth of money

I think they have to maintain neet and clean dish pleats I experienced very bad

PROS: - Strategic location, literally next to KSRTC Bus stand. - Service was ok. - Rooms and bathrooms were clean. CONS: - A little pricey at 1300 bucks. - Lift doesn't go to second floor. - Doesn't have a dedicated food ordering service of their own.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, look for alternatives. The hotel owners have so much attitude and are not service minded. They will not communicate anything clearly. Rooms are not clean. There is no cooperation. We had enquired about the lift facility at this hotel because we came with family and there were elders. We were informed that there is a lift facility. We had paid in advance and booked the hotel. But when we arrived at the hotel, things had changed due to some stupid brothers' fight. There is no lift and we were not given rooms together on a single floor. The room on the floor which had a lift had a lot of dust in it. The staff were not ready to help us in any way.
