Worst Room Service are available( Bathrooms are very bad, Room odur very bad, room individual phone is not there, in room rats are there) Plz dont go here to book, no one is responding at room services...

My goodness where do I begin... If someone planning to take rooms in this hotel it's a big no from me. Rooms: They are quite ok. Main reason would be the bad odour. Yes, that troubles you to properly breathe in the room without the fan at least. The room door had a cut from where you can see inside the room or vice versa without the door being opened. I specifically staayed in 111 1st floor for 800/day for double bed. Washroom: They are the worst! No proper cleaning nor it smells good. Amenities: They don't even have hot water in the washroom to bath. All they provide you is a bed that doesn't feel like it but a plain wood, pillows along with bedsheet that are filthy. There's a tv which isn't usable. My take: Do not go there to stay. I was desperately stayed which again will never happen. It's not worth.

Don't stay here .. I changed room in midnight. Full of mosquito's and rats were in the room. Till 2am I was just sitting and den I asked to change room. Then they gave another room and there also full mosquitoes .. Full dirty room. Dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom. No flush, no hot water nothing. Waste of 800rs for 1 night .. Horrible experience.. Better to sleep in bus stand rather staying here..

Staffs are not responsible. I have got very bad experience from there. Which are 1- There is no door lock from the outside. 2- I told them to change bedsheet and blanket, they only changed blanket and told wait,they will change it, but they didn't. 3- asked for bathroom jug. They didn't respond. 4-Room and toilet are not clean. 5- when I was in outside, someone came and cleaned my room, after that I found my used 2 dresses are missing. And asked to staff, they are telling "I don't know sir" They didn't take any action for this. I think they are using same bedsheet and blanket repeatedly without washing.

Service is very much bad, workers behave so rudley and they didn't maintain cleanliness, don't even think to go, hope this post will be helpul for the new ones

Excellent food and staff. Many memories that last forever. Hyderabadi Biryani is awesome. Being bar and restaurant one may feel little annoyed with smoke and sound but the taste overtakes the rest.
