New SRS Hotel

The service of this hotel is very poor. Coming here you have to bear many troubles. To stay in room number 3001 you have to charge your mobile and laptop in the washroom. The laundry service is also bad and the staff is difficult to work with. The room service is also lacking, like only 2 napkins are provided for 3 people. Here water bottles will be available on cash only, and the customer is also charged for fetching water from the market. Mostly, you have to pay for any service by pleasing the staff, so in short, you should be careful before staying in this hotel.

I informed the hotel the previous evening that I would be checking out at 7 AM. However, when I arrived at the reception at the agreed time, I was made to wait for an hour. After this frustrating delay, I was finally told that the printer wasn't working, which further stalled the process. Additionally, another guest's car was parked behind mine, blocking my exit. The receptionist had no idea who the car belonged to, causing further delays. The facilities were equally disappointing. The restrooms were in terrible condition, bed linens had visible stains, and I even found bed bugs in the pillows. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Avoid it at all costs! Let me know if you'd like further tweaks!

Location is easy to find no issue... Room lacks the amenities which they promise for the rent they charge. Few examples- AC started dripping water when turned off, the bedsheet was not so clean when asked to change the servi e person said not to worry as it's a rust mark only. And also it was torn on the inner side. The toilet seat was broken and it is just temporarily fixed.. it was very inconvenient staying here, since we needed to check out next morning itself and we were in a rush, we dint ask for any changes . And moreover these are the basic things they should do, not to be told by guests.. Only 1 towel was kept, the phone doesn't work. There is no proper information about how to call reception through that intercom. There is no tv with kannada channels. Very bad that being in karnataka they don't have kannada channels.

Decent hotel and service in Raichur ! Good for the people who are travelling for business, for a day or two !

With the high rated review and good feedback back from the user I booked this hotel but, Once I entered the room I was surprised by the dirty blanket and basic towel in very dirty condition, immediately asked to change the dirty things. I got an answer as it's an AC Deluxe and it will be the same and if I book premium, I will get a washed towel and blankets. Very nice of this hotel people and their services. I highly notrecommend this hotel.
