The small event hall is good, but parking is a big challenge in the city center. There is heavy traffic, and the function areas are uncomfortable. They really need to find a solution.

Room was big enough but needs renovation because it makes you feel your back in 1990s. I had to change my room twice as the AC wasn't working properly and finally i gave up requesting them to change my room again and checked out of the hotel. Only person who was very calm and helpful was the security guard. Will not stay at this place again its a waste of time and money.

Attended a friend's engagement party on the 4th Floor. The parking lot has enough space. Big enough hall for engagement, baby shower, dinner functions. The place is maintained clean, the washrooms were clean. Has both lift and staircase

Great food at their Heritage hotel . Try the PUTTUR FRIED CHIKEN ... better than KFC. The food alone is enough to tempt me to stop here on my way back from mangalore to Mysore. The Crab ghee roast is awesome ! Pomfret fry was well done and could do a few seconds less on the pan . Highly recommend the food ....

I walked into this property early in the morning as the Hotel booked by me nearby through a popular aggregator turned out to be a dungeon. Fortunately room was available and the receptionist was very courteous. I took a air-con room. Excellent maintenance, well behaved staff, spacious and hygienic room. It is value for money. I will surely visit them again if at in Puttur.||This property if about 2Km from KSRTC Bus stand and same distance from Kabaka-Puttur Railway station. They do not have a veg-restaurant but there is decent Bar & Restaurant in the hotel complex.||Check-in and check-out is 24 hours basis which is a plus point for business travellers

Good location and good service,value for money. Underground parking space is available for the cars. They even has seperate sleeping beds for drivers!

Rooms are spacious and clean, well maintained and really good balcony. Food what we ordered was good and service was quick, price is reasonable. Major drawback is staff are not well trained, they do not bother to know the door instead they directly enter your room if you have not locked it.

Stayed here for one night, A/C double room for around 1500 is worth. Room is spacious and cleanliness is acceptable, tiles looked bit old. Hot water available only from 7AM-9AM. Dinner we tried from room service, turned out to be good. Overall, a good place for stop over, perhaps the best option available in this town.
