Coorg Cliffs Resort

The location of the resort is really good. You are literally perched on top of a cliff. The infinity pool was good. The food buffet was also pretty good. It is a kids friendly place. They don't have food room service so that is something they can work on. Their SPA is under renovation, it will be ready in a few months. Other than that all good. Regarding alcohol, they don't serve it or sell it. You can buy yours from outside and consume it inside your room afaik. Also take rooms which have a valley view preferably. There is also a Honeymoon suite which would have great views based on its location at the top floor. If you don't find these online, contact the hotel directly.

Quality of the room and service is good and cleaned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent and Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. From the balcony, we could feel the cool breeze. Its worth a visit both enjoyment wise and money wise.

I liked a lot of things for eg-The rooms in the hotel. I really loved the view from my balcony. I was in room 1001.The foods I had in the hotel's restaurant i literally loved it. The rooms were neat and clean. Although there weren't many non-veg options, the food tasted good, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. However, the rest of the staff looked quite dull and uninterested. None of the rooms had any view, but the swimming pool had an excellent view of the valley. I couldn't understand the logic behind placing the hotel rooms in a dull corner of the property without any views, while the restaurant, despite being located in a valley-view area, the design didn't allow us to enjoy the scenery. Overall, considering the price charged for food and rooms, it felt overpriced and didn't meet my expectations.

Recently stayed with my family at Coorgs Cliff Resort for 3 days. The overall experience was satisfactory. The rooms are big , overlooking the valley. The staff is cooperative and courteous. The food quality is excellent. The infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley is the best part of this resort. The indoor activities are in plenty to keep you engaged. The family room could have been designed in a better way though.I was not happy with that room, hence asked for an upgrade, which was promptly arranged. Overall, a satisfying experience.

We had an excellent time at Coorg Cliffs resort. The breakfast, snacks and dinner were excellent. We had a large veg selection. The view from the room was amazing. The staff were very friendly. Pool has an amazing view. The place is friendly for all people- kids, couples, family, friends. It is also wheelchair friendly. The plantation walk was calming.
