Place is good but no proper service... They taken money for swimming but no water in swimming pool and in another pool they didn't change water If we ask owner moneyback you should ask our employee don't visit this ( money doesn't matter for me service is important)

The worst maintainance and worst staff This was my second time visit to this hotel When I first visited I loved the hospitality This is second time and my last time I was checked in room number 202 AC is not working even after we have waited for 4 hours in this summer Informed to the staff to change the room and there reply is they won't change the room if money is paid and checked in . The owner who used to be here has given a good service when we first visited But this time it was maintained by staff and the poor experience I had . 1:Pool timings are very comedy for this summer I think so 10Am to 5 pm In this two timings mostly no one will go out in this hot summer 2:poor staff maintainance 3: you will don't get tea or coffee either for charge only 4 :I came from Andhra when I am taking for check-in and while paying money they talked in Telugu and when I am explaining my problem they will talk in kanada only they will forget Telugu when you tell problems to them If you want more money for giving good service than increase the price of your room and give better charge no issue Better don't check-in to this hotel like me and have bad experience THANK YOU

Nice place , it's 4 km away from Pavagada. A nice outside view and swimming pool are also available Food is good Just inform the workers if you need good spicy or boiled food properly. WATER bottle bottle you have to purchase everytime.

Hi Guys Visited one of the powerful god lord Shani in Pavaguda Karnataka 2.15 minutes from Yeshwanthpur junction If any belief then a must visit Royal heritage is the only resort available now.. staff are so friendly, served a hot dinner on arrival Loved this place

Good place and great parking space for all vehicles and they have pool too

Excellent atmosphere but nil service, not even coffee is available, no one is there to take care of, hope I am the only customer at that time, restaurant option is not there, only rooms available

Customers are treated with respect. Rooms need some maintenance activities. Hope as demand picks up, services, in particular food, I'll improve. Pool is simply marvelous.
