Urban Square

Very good hotel for a stay. We stayed here for a night to stop on our way from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. The rooms were really good, clean and ambience was good as well. Hotel has restaurant in the same building and entry from the hotel premise which is convenient. They have decent space and facility for driver's stay. Hotel staff was courteous and well behaved. Prices for the night stay was worth the stay.

A very good budget hotel, rooms, washrooms are clean, very economical,service is good and one main road , and close to NH 4 it has a restuarant and safe for family

Room was very spacious. We stayed in AC room @1800. Geyser was provided in the toilet which was clean. Open parking in there outside the hotel on the road. Nipani cafe is on the first floor of the hotel. Food was ok there.

I had a really good experience during my visit here. The hotel is located about 200 meters from the highway and therefore is easily accessible. I booked a non-AC room with a balcony. The room was really neat and clean, and I didn't realize it had a really good view from the balcony until the next morning. The balcony overlooks a farming field.Geyser is also available in all rooms for hot water. All the electronics were working fine and TV with jio set-top box.There is also an in-house pure veg restaurant 'Nipani cafe' with room service.

Very good lodge in nipani. The rooms bathroom are clean and the room service is excellent. Receptionist is very helpful. We have opted an AC room which is very big in size perfectly suited for our family. Car parking is free here. The food in nipani cafe is nice. Overall a decent stay at this location.

Reception guy sasikanth is so arrogant the way he speak no one will go to this hotel. Owner should aware of this guy attitude as customer pain point. They way he speak next time no 1 will go to this hotel. He said check out should be 24 hours and hotel will not give even 10 mins as grace time. For 10 mins we have to pay the total full day fare. So arrogant so nasty guy. To owner / customer think before to have a such a guy. I have more to say but things are limited
