its near to pune bengalore highway, in Nipani,. rooms are good and fare also reasonable. has lodging, bar, restaurant. security available. parking is limited. road side available. Nipani Bus stand, market is near.

Worst Service. Waiter irrespective with customer. Hope managing persons should take responsible. Anything u ask with waiter he said not available in food.

Hotel is good with nice ambience. Rooms are neat n clean. You can expect comfortable stay here. The only thing is they don't have room access cards, as per their statement all keys are lost so they open rooms by master key card only.
