Even though it is located in prime location, service and hygiene is very bad Bad attitude of staff have to be changed I would definitely not recommend this hotel

One of the worst lodge. Third rated staff. Very dirty premises and bath room. No hot water.

Room 305Ac room Rs 1300.room ac not working very good. Wall all dirty bedsheets n blanket is dirty. also we order mutton masala full rs720 very poor quality panner masala, jeera rice 120 food quality very bad. 206 room Rs 1200 that also same.

Rooms are good. Prices are ok.

All good, but they have all indian style toilets at non ac rooms. If you want western you must go with AC rooms. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. ... Affordable - 80% Clean - 78% Comfortable - 70% Quality - 50% Safe - 88% (bar attached) Rest all okay

Decent hotel for the price and compared to other hotels in this town. I couldn't expect more. Good place you for overnight halt if you are traveling between Mumbai - Bangalore. This is about 400 meters from the bus stand. Had opted for non AC room, it contained TV, Western toilet, double bed, wardrobe, intercom. Room was tidy, bathroom was clean, could have been more clean though. Hot water was available from early morning about 5:30 am. Housekeeping was performed and room was cleaned. It contains elevator. Reasonable room tarrif of Rs. 650//-. They also have restaurant and bar on the ground floor. In the evening their waiter came asking if I needed dinner. Overall satisfied. They also have rooms with Indian toilets so if you are particular about it, please ask before taking the room. They don't provide soap / towels. Payment by credit cards is available. It has good parking facility.

Hotel Preeti delux in Nippani used to be good around two years ago. Now it has started deteriorating. 1) the Toilet is very dirty...(commode). 2) Hot water for bath is only from 6am to 10:30 am... 3) AC, Fan and other switches are all messed up. If you put the phone for charging...the fan starts on full speed... regulator does not work.
