Worst experience. It's is not at all a family place. Rooms are big but dirty toilets,no cleaning and has bad smell. This place is next to Bar so with family it is inconvenient as they have a glass door next to staircase opening to bar. It is not a place recommended for stay even for one night

Don't go here this is not a Single star hotel. Rooms are very very dirty and there is no service available. Attached with local bar in Ground floor. No food available. Very bad experience

Hello, I stayed here for one-night last week. I want to share my experience. I was shocked to find a bar on the ground floor, which I did not realize while booking. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, I had to wait for 15-20 minutes, before the person could arrive. The room was not clean, the towels and bedsheets were not clean and lot of hairs all over the place. The front desk tried to explain me how to operate the shower to get hot water and told me to use the knob delicately else it would break. While the photos show a dining area, there is no restaurant attached. Overall, not a very pleasant experience. Definitely, not recommended for family. This is located on the main room and is not difficult to locate.

Hotel is very new ... however pathetic maintenance. 1)Lizards in the room 2) bathroom door locks by itself unable to open from outside if it gets locked 3) could see spider web 5) asked for extra bed and waited to more than 40 mins 6) no towels are provoded untill asked Very unhygienic rooms

It's very bad location,in picture they dint show bar but their is bar, washroom are very bad ', maintainence very very bad plz don't prefere it with family it's too bad not even worth to single star , bathroom bucket n jug fell hate to touch

Stayed here. Such a waste of hotel. Not at all suitable for family.Total unhygienic. Seems they never cleaned the room before. The towel was black in color. Bedsheet with full of curry stains. Room and Toilet create a vomiting feeling. Please stay away. Though they charge 2k+ for a day, in-room no water, not even a glass they provide to drink water. It's good for drunkards after heavy drinking doesn't bother about cleanliness just sleep and vomit. Good for that purpose only.

Firstly i am giving one star because of 2 person. 1. Mr Sanju and 2. Mr. Suresh. Both are very young age (Around 22 to 25) and the way they treat the customer is next level. But.... their in-charge Mr. Arun is very pathetic , unprofessional, and the way he talks trash with the customer especially with ladies is very rude and not at all acceptable. Story: I booked the stay in this hotel from Make My Trip Hotel on 01.08.2023. Stay was on 03.09.2023 2 PM to 04.09.2023 till 12 PM. But during booking I made a special request for early check-in as we are having a 9 month baby to feed her food and milk. Make My Trip team also tried to reach their hotel owner several time to inform on our early check in request but the call was not answered. But Mr. Arun is not ready to allow us for check-in even after he received the confirmation call from Make My Trip agent Mr. Nithin. Mr. Arun was very adamant that he wants us to speak with his hotel owner. Post owner confirmation he will allow us for check in. I mean why we need to call to his owner when all the confirmation given by Make My Trip Team from where we booked the stay? However, We made him to call his owner after a long debate but the very funny part is that his owner is not at all picked up any of his staff calls whose calling from their cell phone or from landline respectively. In this case to whom we need to talk to and whose mistake is this? During all these conversation, our baby was crying like anything as she was hungry. At least for curtsy or for humanity sake, Mr. Arun as a hotel in charge could have offered my wife some privacy place to feed her milk. Instead of that he made us to sit on the reception where there is no privacy to feed milk to baby and on top of that he was talking very arrongalty and using the egotistical words stating that he is right at his part and he is doing job very perfectly. I mean is this is the way to treat any human? Also, the strange part is that in the google review photo section there is no where it is shown by the hotel side that there is bar attached to the hotel room. This is not at all good and safe for family stay. After 9 PM till late night there was all nonsense people comes to bar and will have their drink and you all know what next. All my family member were scared and upset on me because of the stay which i booked. Never ever book this room by any means and it's not at all safe for family for sure.

Ground floor you got BAR so while you stay at 1st floor sometimes you get smoke smell. Rooms are big and spacious no restaurant. Prices are very economical AC 1600.00
