Prince Residency

The property is good and located near the zoo. Quiet place. Rooms are better. The common hall and dining room are spacious. Sufficient for staying with 2 families. Rent felt not exorbitant. There are many inconveniences found. The toilet facilities are not sufficient. A single and small sized toilet for 2 bedrooms is logically satire. There is a separate bathroom without any hangers for keeping dresses. No wash basin available. Washing clothes is possible outside the bathroom. The kitchen is good. But necessary vessels for cooking are lacking. An indication cooker and an electric kettle are useful for preparing hot water. The property keeper was indifferent for providing any other facilities in the kitchen. Locating property was very difficult during our voyage. There are no boards in front of the building to trace. The name of the property found in the website felt imaginary. Vehicle parking is difficult beside the property. If all these limitations are neglected, it is convenient.

It's in main road, happy with the service. Rooms are neat , worth for money.

Good hotel to stay at Nanjangud. Courteous staff and rooms well maintained. Very near to shreekantheshwara temple as well. By the way, the hotel you see in the pics is very good. Breakfast and lunch here was much better than other restaurants.

Stayed here for a day while returning from mysuru. Excellent location is the top advantage of this residency. Situated in proper NH with a great car parking space. The residency has elevator. We booked a triple bedded AC room which was 2250 RS. Made booking through phone call,the incharge said to pay the full amount while booking itself . Rooms are small ,but good for a short stay. AC maintained very well ,good chillness. Safe parking. The main advantage is the ashrivas veg hotel located at the ground floor of this residency,they provide excellent food. Overall recommended for a short stay.

We four friends stayed in the hotel on 2-3 Dec 2023. Location is very convenient. Rooms are pretty ordinary. Breakfast in Restaurant was good.
