Highly disrespectful owner and staff. Ask for extra money for basic services included in the room Booking. Was disrespectful towards the female family members (at one point asking my mom to stop talking, as an example)

Poor Ventilation.No lift.Service is excellent. Closer to temple .Since hotel is attached food service is available. I wish them all the best.

It was ok. Room service is not good. I asked for spoons and plates .. they did not provide. They have kept only 1 towel and asked for another one.. they did not even bother to give 2nd towel. I had to use wet towel repeatedly..

One of the worst service and worst behaviour by staff. Checked in 7am, within one hour, power lost took 30 minutes to restore back. Again when I returned back power gone to entire floor, when I connected with the manager, they mentioned technical fault will take 2-3 hours, pl adjust.i told why should I adjust allot me other room in another floor. They told it will be extra charge and manager is not ready to allot another room. After paying, I have to stay in the room without power for 4 hours. Worst and very poor service.

Hotel location is good in the center of the town. They need to improve some services like 24hrs hot water availability in rooms. We checked out due to this reason only. Hope management will look into this point.

Decent place to stay for a decent price. Auto-rickshaw minimum fixed charge of rs 50/- to the Nanjundeshwara temple. Restaurant downstairs that serves pure veg, tasty dishes. Rooms upstairs. AC/ non AC rooms. Good, quick service. Courteous staff.

Don't even deserve one star. Such a bad facility. We checked in at 8pm and our train was scheduled at 4pm the next day. We had asked the booking guy while checking in that we would checkout at 2 as our train is at 4. He agreed to it but the next day he asked us to checkout at 12, when we asked him that last night we took permission for two hours, he refused and told no he dint say anything as such. Such a bad behaviour of the manager who was sitting n arguing.We paid 3.4k which was not worth at all. Bad behaviour of manager. Very disappointed with the service. Never recommend this to anybody

Well the hotel does has a prime location but the location around the hotel is not that hygienic, if your one of those that were invited by any industry in that area and that industry is paying for your stay then you could live with it or might survive a week not more then that coz you will start to feel the place. Trust me the cheaper rooms or not as good as you pay for it.
