The workers and management there speak rudely and rudely to customer and the food is not good . This is problem for me and my family

We had been here to attend the Reception function. It was arranged on the top floor. It was too hot, though the hall had more than 10 fans! The food was average.

Worst service and the staff scares customers like rowdies.

The food and ambience is decent, but absolutely pathetic customer service. I visited the place for a take out, but was made to wait a good 10 mins to even place the order. The manager / captain there told the cashier to make the 'parcel folks' wait, and finish his table updates on the system, while I'm standing there waiting. Yes, on my face! All the staff there were rude, and didn't seem know what they were doing, except for the cashier / bartender who kinda seemed to empathize. 1 star for the customer interaction.

Very nice place to stay for the family and friends.The marriage hall is very well maintained and clean. Facilities are good. Car parking space is very spacious. This place is new establishment for the tourist. Hospitality was very good and respective. Even though reached odd hours but we good good response from staff. Definitely worth the stay for the cost you pay.

Worst experience ever, rudest reception guys, they don't know abcd of hospitality. Infact it seems the rooms are rented on hourly basis. Rooms are extremely disgusting with some wierd smell and no room cleaning. In pictures below you can see the newly rented room which wasn't clean even in noon hours nd prices aren't at all authentic. Better to look around for other properties we cancelled our booking doesn't seems to be good property at all especially the nature of hospitality was pathetic
