Samruddhi Hills View Resort

I recently stayed at Samruddhi Hill View Resort, and my experience was far from pleasant. The owner, Vinod, comes off as extremely money-minded, prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. The food was disappointing at best--bland and poorly prepared, with catering services that seemed unorganized and unresponsive. To make matters worse, the bathroom taps were leaking, and there was no hot water available during my stay, which is unacceptable. What stood out the most was how we were treated. The staff acted as if we had done something wrong for raising our concerns, which left a very sour impression. Overall, I cannot recommend this resort; there are much better options out there.

Horrible experience. Suggestion, please don't go and waste your money. 1. Rude and greedy owner. For each and everything he will ask money. If he has taken advance he will try his level best NOT to return that money. For us he said he will need 500 extra to clean vomit which was tea spilled by his helper! 2. No service. No towel, no extra bed, no blanket. Keep calling him and keep waiting. 3. No in-house kitchen. They will say their chef has ran away but they do not have a kitchen setup. Each and everything has to be procured from nearby small restaurants. Their quality n cleanliness is beyond imagination. They can't even make tea on their own, they will get tea in a polythene and re-heat before serving. They will spill the tea and ask for money to clean. 4. Common Washrooms were dirty. 5. No guarantee on what you have booked you will get the same room. They have a duplex room and they show everyone the same room and get booking. Only good thing is location and view. Beware before going.

The hotel rooms were just okay, nothing special. The location is decent, but it's poorly maintained, which makes it less appealing. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, which really ruined the experience. There was no food available on-site, and what they supplied from outside was of terrible quality. The service was equally pathetic. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst and pathetic experiences. The resort is having only 3 rooms and 2 cottages. Badly maintained according to the price they charge. Food is again pathetic and is brought from outside. There is no word for service. They dont serve at all. Apart from that the owner is too rude, rather rowdy. And they are always in a way to loot money. Very pathetic experience.

Except for the location and view, there is nothing good about the property. Dirty room, toilet flush not working, no water in shower, bad food, bad tea preparation, eating place too dirty and smelling. Service people out to extract money. The cab they provided, charged a whooping amount almost double the price of what ola or Uber would charge and the cab had no AC, no shocker. This was the worst experience.

Excellent atmosphere. The helper Ranjan was available for us throughout the time for any kind of assistance. The room is kept fully ready without having to ask the staff for anything. The location is close to nandi hills. The garden is well maintained. This also has a swimming pool. Perfect place if you are looking for a weekend getaway for a group to play, chill, talk, relax, swim.

Visited for weekend, Booked through Airbnb. Service was outstanding and room service was nice, spacious villa for 5 ppl where you can neatly enjoy they provide wifi and terrace dining along with TV and kitchen utilities. Compact Swimming pool neatly maintained and supportive staff.

Quite good resort with very good room interiors and facilities. Also quite good view of scenic beauty of hills. Only issue is that resort does not have it's own pantry services. But overall good value for money at economical price.
