Went with family for a day outing. The location was really good and the ambiance as well.. However, the food was not that great. Not much variety, and not that great in taste. The pool was very clean, but if you are less than 5ft then you need support if not used to swimming. Deep dive is one of the best adventure activities. Multiple adventure activities, cricket, indoor games available.

Whether you're into competitive games or just looking to relax and have a laugh, there's something for everyone here. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and the best part - they open up to stunning views of Nandi Hills. Waking up to that scenery is an experience in itself! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for an active, energetic outing that also lets you soak in the beauty of nature. We had a blast and would definitely love to come back with a bigger group next time!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The bathroom in my room had a constant leakage issue, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained well, which was very disappointing. I requested a room change due to the bathroom issue, but the staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. They assured me they had no rooms available, yet I witnessed them offering new rooms to guests who arrived after me and simply asked at the counter. This was incredibly frustrating and felt very unfair. The lack of basic service, cleanliness, and professionalism from the staff ruined my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay. Definitely not worth the price. My request to all do not waste your money and time if you will go with family. Full noise during night time by the guys who came and have drink till late night.

We visited here as part of our team outing. The facade of this resort looks the same. Everything else isn't maintained. There are no ACs in this place, not even in the breakfast / lunch hall. Breakfast given was below average and they used plastic spoons and worn out plastic plates. You'll find a make do arrangement of all the games listed in their package. They didnt even provide cold drinking water in the scorching summer and we had to buy it from them at 30/- per bottle. Lunch was also way below average. We asked for tea and coffee at around 03:45 PM. Got tea at 04:15, coffee at 04:45 and snacks which was supposed to be accompanied with "High tea" at 05:15 pm. Cherry on the top : Even restrooms are not maintained at all. Tldr. Not recommended. Edit #1 : Response to the owner : Cutlery : In fact, there wasn't a single steel plate given to us for breakfast or lunch. You are lucky that I dont have a pic to substantiate it. Cold water dispensers were not working and we were asked to buy cold water. If you want the transcationId, I'll post it here. Even the water taps for hand wash ran out of water multiple times. AC : You could've had at least some common space which had AC if not the dining area. Bathrooms : We were the first group to reach the place. The bathrooms weren't clean from the morning itself. Instead of blaming it on the reviewer, it would be better if you do a spot inspection and fix the way things are executed at your resort.

Very neatly maintained resort with good hospitality. Variety and tasty foods in the buffet. Number of activities and indoor games keep us engaged and very clean swimming pool to have a great time. Overall loved the stay. Special thanks to Yogesh for attending us each time in a call away.
