Had an absolutely fantastic experience at these premium villas! The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with hygienic rooms and a beautiful surrounding area. Our group of 10 adults and 2 kids felt completely at home here. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a pool, campfire, barbecue area, and more. We especially enjoyed the incredibly delicious food--both veg and non-veg options were top-notch (10/10). Every part of our stay was perfect, and we made so many great memories. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Absolutely beautiful stay!! Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and family The house is aesthetically pleasing. Huge hall and room area. The bathroom is humongous with a huge mirror. The pool area is right opposite the kitchen , where the staff keep preparing amazing food while you enjoy your dip in the cool water. Ambience -10/10 Food - 10/10 Overall experience - This place would be a constant with us, hoping to make more visits

The spacious villa, well-maintained pool, and spotless property made for a perfect stay. The food was amazing simply lip smacking . We enjoyed BBQ as well. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Already looking forward to coming back with friends and family!

One of the best villas we were able to find for a birthday celebration. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat, with plenty of space. The pool is super fun to relax on a hot day and the entire area is just very relaxing. You can spend the weekend there at a very reasonable rate too. There's a lake closeby you can visit for some peace, highly recommend sometime there as well.

Owner & Staff - Found this amazing place on Google. Owner (Sunil) was very responsive & was patient enough to answer all queries I had before I went ahead with the booking. We were greeted by a person called Vasanth, who did the check in process. He was helped by two more men, and together all three of them worked tirelessly through out our stay to accommodate all our requests. They were extremely wellbehaved and unfailingly polite. The owner also kept checking up on us with msgs if we needed anything. P.S. We actually stayed beyond the checkout time because kids refused to get out of the pool. However, both the owner and staff were extremely patient and did not resort to any rude words to hurry us up. Food - Every meal we had was served hot. There was variety and quantity was more than we could have eaten. We had booked for barbecue but unfortunately we could not enjoy campfire and barbecue outside due to rain. But the staff made several trips to and fro from barbecue place to inside the house in rain! Naturally, it would have been easier for them to do the whole thing and bring it in a big hotbox but they chose to bring only few pieces at a time so that we wouldn't have to eat cold ones. I was really touched by their dedication and thoughtfulness. The owner wasn't around yet the staff took initiative, out of their own accord, to make sure everything was good. Place - It is located in a very quiet place and we could hear peacocks early in the morning. Villa itself is beautiful with a bohemian touch. Pool was immaculate and we'll maintained. Every bedroom was tidy and bathrooms were clean. Bedsheets, pillows and comforters smelled very clean and fresh. Very spacious house thoughtfully built to utilize as much natural light as possible. Activities - There was carrom, jenga and ludo. There was also shuttle rackets. They also provided us with a Bluetooth speaker. Swimming pool was spacious and we spent most of our time there. Price - Very reasonable and not at all exuberant for the facilities they are providing. Suggestions - Since check in is at 3pm, it would be great if they had a late check out by 12pm or 1pm with lunch because it barely feels like we were there. But I do understand that staff will have no rest, which they deserve, if this happens but hoping the owner will come up with something. Also, a karaoke mic would have been awesome since they are already providing the Bluetooth speaker. All in all, I will definitely be going back many many more times and will canvass it in my friends n families groups too.

He makes sure u have the best stay with best hospitality! Out of other Airbnb or property this stands out as their main intention is comfort of guests is more important than money ! U can even get food from nearby restaurant pallavi and they serve decent food! Inhouse preparation is also not bad! Both veg and non veg barbeque starters goes well with ur plan! Overall a true hidden gem near magadi main road of banglore outskirts with serene peace!

We stayed here for 1N and we were 12 of us and we had a great time. Villa is located in secluded place. BBQ was good. Camp fire time was amazing. Food quality and quantity both was perfect. Rooms were very clean and neat and toiletries were provided in all rooms. Living room area is huge. Perfect weekend getaways.
