This establishment provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The amenities were well-maintained and readily available. I found the staff to be consistently courteous and helpful. The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend it to others.

I checked into the hotel on 20-Apr-2025 at 03:35PM. However, I was made to wait for about 20-25 mins for being allotted a room. Upon entering, I found that the room has not been properly cleaned - there were sweets and paper waste in the cupboard, medicine strips on the working desk and the bedsheets are pillow covers had not been changed. Also, i found hairs on the towel and pillow. The telephone in the room was not functioning. Then, I immediately went to the reception and reported these issues. Their approach was unprofessional and informed me that the hotel was fully booked and cannot be allot new room for me and they only cleaned the cupboard waste. The other concerns I raised remain unattended. Additionally, there's a constant disturbing noice from the AC unit, which making the stay uncomfortable. Since I had booked the room for 5 nights, somehow I have managed one night and checked out in the morning.

The rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The food is great, with great variety in the Menu, offering Dine-in, Room Service and Take-out. The service is the highlight. Everyone is so polite and courteous and at your service 24x7. They define hospitality.

This hotel is terrible!. Rooms are dirty. There is no gym and no breakfast. Mattress sinks-not firm. No towels in bathroom. Manager sleeps on the job. Front desk prioritizes' their personal needs before guests. No light anywhere, tripped going down and up stairs multiple times. No AC. Bathroom never cleaned, there were toothpaste marks and poop marks from last guest. booked in advance for 2,400 but now the same day rooms are 1,000. Doors do not lock on their own. Staff knows out of town guest will get scammed by soccer theme! The person at front desk made up credit card machine did not work so I would pay cash. Excuse for credit card machine not working was, "international card," which is not true because my VISA CARD worked at all other locations include stalls in India. This destroyed my entire day! Pushed me back hours from when I needed to leave Myusur. Better option is any hotel. I'd want to use soccer field across street find another hotel then take a cheep Tuck tuck to field. Security guard at front in uniform was only helpful person.

Rooms are comfortable and hygienic. If u plan to go with kids, please carry a TV too as they have very less functional TV sets. They replaced based on a request and activate Airtel digital TV after multiple remainder. Breakfast served here was excellent and lunch was decent. This is in the heart of the city and the most silent street for an early morning walk.

Good accommodation, room are well maintained. No hot water in non AC rooms. Good quality Bed and spacious rooms. TV will not work. Complimentary breakfast is plate meal not buffet. 12hr accommodation costed 1700rs

If you're looking for a no-frills place to crash for a night or two, this hotel would fit the bill. It's not luxurious, but it's solidly middle-of-the-road. Overall, it felt like a good value for the price.
