We had booked 2 AC rooms 1 room with dual occupancy bedroom, washroom had no lock and no sockets for charging point, wardrobes were affected by fungus, AC was in some corner of room and old model, none of the remote battery cell was not working and TV, Telephone none of them were working, lights were so old and less brightness. Space wise it was good for a family of 4 members, cleanliness was not up to the mark. Another room with triple occupancy bed- In Goibibo website it was mentioned triple occupancy with photos but in the hotel they said there was no such rooms available and they gave us extra bed which was very thin not at all comfortable We had booked it from Goibibo think before booking the property and hotel contact number was not reachable if we call them it'll go to OYO and then we need to get the contact number from them.

Very worst experience. We went. for a vaction and they spoiled the mood of the whole trip after the booking they gave two diff rooms, one was okay and another one was more like a dungeon or store room. No lock for bathroom, you can easily spot a cockroach. very worst and bad rooms we stayed ever. and the attitude of the manager was very rude. when we asked about the room he said i gave you 2 rooms and as if he is giving for charity. we paid full amount for the room but forced to stay in dungeon. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. especially for kids. its not hygenic and clean at all.

Horrible experience in this hotel. Do not book here, it's a complete waste of money. Staff not helpful, rooms are very old with lot of cracks, washroom lock doesn't work, tv doesn't work, no proper lights in room yet they charge 2800 per room. It was a joke overall. The staff are unresponsive, do not care about the guests. Also yes, they only accept gpay or cash. Nothing is good in this hotel. You will feel like staying in a village.

Rooms are really worst according to the price which they are charging. Room doors are not working properly and they have very bad lift service and theres no cleaning service provided by the hotel. The Hotel need to improve their services . The staff need to take hotel management training because they themselves doesn't know the basic rules & information to inform us before booking. Hotel and rooms pictures are totally different as shown in the Google

Very poor service. TV was not working. Windows were not grilled, safety issues. Room service telepnone not working. Very poor quality room. Furniture was broken. Wifi not working porperly. Washroom basin was chocked up. Not for good families.

One word for this hotel 'DIRTY.' However, there shouldn't be any harsh judgment about this hotel because it's the first hotel in Mysore and probably more than 80 years old - older than my dad. So, how can you expect the amenities and facilities to be top-notch? In my experience, I had a really good stay - not the most comfortable, but it was more about the experience. Staying in such an old vintage hotel felt unique. And yeah, the service could definitely be better.

As a frequent traveller..i can tell you that this hotel is one of the worst stays i have ever had. 1. The room was given to us an hour late 2. There was no working tap in the wash basin of the bathroom. 3. The sheets were not changed. 4. The main door knob did not work properly..it would unlock by itself without the key. I have called the reception 5 times..they tell you they will come in 5 mins but obviously they won't...the whole establish is run my Muslims (which i had no issues at all) but when they saw my Name..they treated me very differently..this experience was just HORRIBLE!

Very bad cusomer service. Rooms are not maintened proprly. Doors are too tight to open and close. The power socket near bed was in broken state. A/C was not working properly, not even the remote was available. Not worth of money. Spoiked the holiday mude.
