The Windflower Resorts and Spa Mysuru

Had a wonderful stay at Windflower Hotel Mysuru! The property is serene and beautifully maintained -- perfect for a relaxing getaway. Special thanks to the amazing staff who made our experience memorable. Mujahid and Kushal were extremely courteous and helpful during check-in. Dhruva went out of his way to assist us during our stay. Venkatesh, Malatesh, and Guru from their team ensured we had a great dining experience -- their warm service and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mysuru!

We thought it would be a nice place, didn't given the experience what we expected, Frankly, we had nice experience with small resort than this, I feel this place is for the couples, not with kids! What's good here!? Location hill views and restaurant food and service at restaurant was great, pool is moderate! What good have been good! Service of the people not at par, even we were facing challenges to get towels, Rooms are big but not lively and little old, there's no Place to play... i wont suggest of someone wanted indoor and outdoor activities! Overall, we haven got the experience for the money paid!

It's a decent 3-star property but needs lot of improvement. Cleanliness of the room can be better, there were ants in the bathroom, the commode was leaking, hand shower was also leaking and as there were no bathroom mats given it became a mess. The balcony chairs were worn out with exposed nails which could have hurt. We had to ask for basic things like tissues and bathroom mats for the room. The room is not toddler-friendly, especially with the overall setup. The restaurant food was really good, but the service was very slow. The kids play area wasn't clean either. On the positive side, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and the property is nice to walk around with lots of greenery. Overall cleanliness of the property was ok, didn't get to use the pool, but it looked good. Overall, I'd say it's a clean 3-star stay, not a 4-star one.

This must have been a beautiful place at one time. The outside areas are still lovely and well maintained. Unfortunately, although the bedrooms are very spacious, the one we had was looking a bit tired and needed some renovation. The seating area needs new cushions and the lighting is not great. Some of the sockets didn't work and neither did the bedside lamp. It was nice to have a balcony. We were provided with two bath towels and very basic toiletries but no hand towels. The bathroom was marble, the floor was quite stained and the whole bathroom looked grubby. There was nowhere to hang anything not even towels, the shower screen seemed incomplete and the toilet was on a slightly raised section creating a trip hazard. The stone steps outside the bedroom looked like they had never been wet cleaned as they were stained. The restaurant opened at 7.30pm and there is little available in the way of snacks so as we had had a long journey and we're hungry we ate out. Breakfast was just about adequate and service was slow. We ordered parathas and after waiting quite a while we were eventually served just a quarter each which was bizarre. There was some fruit available along with pastries and standard South Indian fare. Staff were generally polite and helpful but management should check the rooms from time to time to understand what is lacking. We were glad to be there for only one night and are unlikely to return any time soon.

Had a pleasant stay with parent and kids.|Want to thank Mujahid and Kushal, Fatima and other staff to make it much more comfortable. Kids enjoy playing with ducks. food was very good. Over all the stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed a lot.

Everything is good except massage and a bird in cage . It was just a skin massage , even if we ask for pressure it is of no use . I took for 1 hour but they made it just 40 min including steam bath. He asked me for feedback I said I can't , he came to room and said it is bill and took sign for feedback form . Food was good , complimentary breakfast, very good people at restaurant. Play area for kids not maintained at all , play room for kids has mushy odour . Rooms are good . A bird kept in cage, please send him back to his independence days . He is not for our entertainment, a bird should not be in cage . Food is good . I suggest this place except for massage ..

The rooms are not clean! . We stayed in the independent cottages. I itched myself all night. Advantage - Deers were at our doorstep the whole time.! And amazing birds near the cottage. The bird walk was with an unenthusiastic guide.... He showed us leopard paw prints, but not birds. Food is mediocre. There is a clean pool, and some indoor games which are nice.
