The Runway Inn Resort

I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience staying at this resort, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback. First and foremost, the location of the room was incredibly inconvenient. It was far away from the main city and situated in a local downtown area, making it difficult to access basic amenities or enjoy a decent neighborhood. Upon entering the room, I was immediately dissatisfied. The room lock was not working properly, which made me feel insecure throughout my stay. The bed was in a horrible state--tidy would be an understatement. It was riddled with black and brownish spots, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The almirah provided in the room was broken, and instead of fixing it, the staff tied it up with a rope in front of me. This was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. The bathroom situation was even worse. The water was filthy, and to my horror, I found dead insects floating in it. The shower was barely functional, and the washbasin wasn't working properly either. Basic hygiene and functionality were completely ignored. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this resort. The condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities left me frustrated and regretting my decision to stay here. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless significant improvements are made. A truly disappointing experience!

. We had just a night's stay here - reached at 11 pm and departed at next day at 9 am. . It's more of a lodge. . Just good for a night's break. . We hired a 3 bed room which was reasonably spacious. . There is only one attached toilet and no separate bathroom. . Hot water was good enough for 3 of us. . Attention by the staff members was good. . There is a garden for parties. . Overall okay . Entrance is accessible but not the rooms

I wish I could give a 0 rating. Worst hotel stay. Spider web, hundreds of mosquitoes, so many insects that might get inside ears while sleeping. Cockroach in bathroom, stinky like public toilet. I will never ever visit this place again. We went with our 3 children. We kept cotton in ears and slept that just one night later ran away from that place.

Think twice before book this hotel. One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. We reached around night 8pm and before I told them to make the rooms ready, I had booked 2 rooms and none of them cleaned. when we asked for cleaning the rude staff was arguing with us and told you can leave. Break fast suppose to be given but they told we are not serving you can reach to Oyo. Somany argument happened and it was not at all good stay.

1. Area wise, this place is on the ring road, little away from the city. Probably, people who r travelling by cars or bikes can find this place easily via maps 2. There were only 2 staffs here out of which one was the care taker, who was very friendly and understanding 3. I booked two rooms - one for my husband, daughter and myself and the other one for my father-in-law and mother-in-law. However the resort's caretaker understood that v were a family and offered us a single big room with two king size beds. This helped my in laws to spend more time with their grand daughter and were so happy about it 4. The washroom was neat with 24 x 7 hot water 5. The ac and TV were in good condition and v used it nicely 6. The place has a restaurant and bar in it, where people sit in the garden outside, drink, eat and watch ipl Match on projector. The kitchen might b little noisy, but trust me, if u r closing your doors n sleeping or chilling inside the room, none of those noises will b any disturbance. I had my stay for 3 days and 2 nights and all the days i was in peace and comfortable 7. My 6 year old daughter loved the place because it was clean, peaceful, and mainly coz it had 4 cute ducks around all the time 8. The parking space is huge enough to fit more than 5 cars. Rest assured, i loved the stay very much. Thanks again!!!

If it's a bachelor trip you can definitely go and explore, as you have a bar just beside it & lawn where you can have your dinner and party. As I had been with family , though the time I had travelled we didn't have people using the lawns, but again depends on the same. Location wise it's w quite decent- palace, zoo, etc are all around 10-12 KMS The place is in outskirts ( Lil interior) But it was good.

The place is attached next to the bar. Not fit for family. If u r bachelor and want a night stay then ok. Oyo charged me 1023 rs... After visiting property they asked 1000 more which is not acceptable. Room also in remote place... Peaceful environment but they restricted delivery service. So u have to use their restaurant which is pathetic

Identifying the location is a bit tiresome task. There's a bar in front of the stay, but no much harm in that. The lawn here is beautiful for spending some time for tea in the evening. Staff are really helpful but inhouse food is not much good. Best location to stay outside Mysore.
