Waste, Don't book this hotel at any cost, blankets and beds are dirty, no room service, no proper cooling AC, so worst hotel ever seen.

Very bad service, we are in total darkness for more than half an hour No one is in reception It's 9.17 pm only Don't choose this hotel It's service is the worst No one is picking up the call also No power backup is here

Horrible experience it was. Firstly my first booking (ID WSSM6373) was live but when i called up the helpline on 17th May a day before my booking date, I was told that it is cancelled & was asked to rebook which i did at a different place at double rate. However a day after the reservation day i was sent a mail that it was a NO SHOW cancellation, which means i was given wrong info by support. Regarding my 2nd Booking(ID-ZOV24161), it was a filthy place with used linen, aged mattress & pillows(Not changed even after pointing out), AC hardly working, Dingy dark rooms (Not well lit), washroom without shower, washbasin leaking, Even the 3rd BED was given on ground mattress only before sleeping time in the evening though we checked in afternoon, No parking space.... Also the room tariffs shown online are highly inflated as compared to the actual across the desk rent on visiting the said hotel, and misleading by showing false heavy discount. OVERALL, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OYO TO ANY ONE!

There is no parking facility and no lift. Need to park vehicle on main road side. Bedsheet is not at all clean looks like not changed from previous use, full of stains and hair on bedsheet. Bathroom is also dirty and no pipe between sync and floor. For heater there is some machine where most of the water spills on floor. Very disappointed. I have never written review till now , don't want anyone to struggle like us. So writing this review

They have average rooms and the AC in most rooms is non functional. The cleaning staff never come to the room unless you ask them to clean. When I entered the room, it was semi wet. It was like they used one soap water to clean the floor but it was not dried completely so carry slippers with you. They do provide the soap and the towel but other then that, service is poor.

Very Poor Quality of room and service. I booked 3 rooms and the condition of all rooms are very bad. Bed sheets are very dirty and floor was also sticky. Bathroom condition was also very bad and unclean. One of the room door lock also have some issue and even after complaining and request for another room the hotel manager didn't cooperated well. I booked the 3rd room at last hour which they gave at very high price what it was shown on online sites. Overall a very bad experience.

Totally a fraud hotel and recreation just telling, rooms are full and who comes first we give them and if still we booked from MakeMyTrip, and reception suggested I have another hotel, please go to this hotel and so and so amount. Waste of amount and time, please don't book this hotel in any situation.
