Property looks overpriced to me. Frog inside bathroom. Also lot of small insects in basement room as the rooms are not completely sealed due to design. Also very delayed service during breakfast. There is only one person and it's difficult for him to manage food for 8-9 people. Also there is not enough space to park 2 car. Somehow we were able to manage as one of the car was small.

Located in the outskirts of Mysore, this property boasts a 2400 sq. ft. area with an inaccessible and dirt-filled backyard. While there are a few positive aspects, the abysmal management overshadows any redeeming qualities. Pros: 1. The rooms are spacious and well-lit. 2. Balcony views offer glimpses of adjacent farmland (though access is restricted). 3. The cook, Ravi, provided delicious meals. Cons: 1. Overpriced and Underwhelming: Paying ~18K for this accommodation is unjustifiable when there are superior options available in the same price range. 2. Pathetic Management: StayVista (Vista Rooms) epitomizes incompetence. Despite being added to a WhatsApp group with numerous staff members, raising complaints leads to silence. Contacting them is an exercise in futility, requiring repeated calls for basic responses. 3. Maintenance Nightmares: Our master bedroom's malfunctioning AC leaked water incessantly, forcing us to endure the sound of dripping water all night. The promised resolution never materialized during our stay. 4. Neglected Amenities: Two bicycles on the property were non-functional, neglected by management despite prior notice of our visit. 5. Unresolved Issues: Post-stay promises of resolution were empty. After two weeks and relentless follow-ups with ineffectual Mr. Sumukh Chethan and Mr. Partha, we received a dismissive message stating no resolution could be provided for the inconvenience caused. Final Verdict: This property, while appearing promising, is marred by a profoundly incompetent management team. Expect poor support, unresolved issues, and an overall lack of accountability. If considering accommodation in this area, explore other options. For those determined to stay here, hope for a miraculous stay devoid of any problems. Conclusion: Choose wisely. The risk of disappointment at this villa outweighs any potential benefits.
