Absolutely worst experience. It's not even 2-star it's a 1star hotel. Disgusting interior where almost everything is broken and doesn't works. No room service, staffs are rude and make you uncomfortable. The taps in the Washrooms do not work at all. The light system of the room is messed. The lights and lamps are of no use. The connection of the lights and fans is messed up. Also no proper facility of storage. Dirty sheets, pillow covers and even blankets. There are bugs everywhere everything here makes you feel DISGUSTED

Our group of 50 members was thoroughly satisfied with the spacious rooms, which came with hot water and excellent service. While the bathrooms required minor maintenance, this was a negligible issue. The hotel's amenities, including the lift, dining hall, and parking space, were highly appreciated and added to our overall satisfaction. Special mention to Mr. Lohit, the manager, who was extremely courteous and professional in his dealings. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to group travelers - it's an ideal choice for large groups!"

Best place besides NH, if you are here for Mysore visit. Rooms & passage area are well cleaned, with drinking water available. The room is equipped with a comfortable table-chair, 3s bed, lamps, TV, Water available 24hr. Cons: some lamps are not working properly, hot water is not available more than 7min, drinking water should be available inside the room, some water taps are not working, all channels are not available on TV

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff was consistently rude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, contributing to an unpleasant stay. Additionally, the food offered lacked quality and failed to meet expectations. My recent stay here was a nightmare. The room service was beyond terrible, with rude staff. The atmosphere felt unsafe, which made it really uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying there and recommend looking for alternative options. It is totally unsafe, especially for women. The bathroom and the room windows are not opaque and are completely transparent and the staff people are very unbothered about the safety of the guests.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were good , enjoyed the view of the sunset , room's are species old type rooms cleaned, family and students packege available. Restaurant not available but room service is there.

The hotel is a really good place to spend the night when you are looking to take a break during your travel. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to resume your journey without much hassles. The staff are really courteous and will go out of their ways to get you things you need. They are always available on call to cater to your needs. One thing i found troublesome is mosquitoes in one of the rooms i booked. The mosquito net needs to be fixed for the windows and in the washroom. Other than that, the room was spacious, tidy and value for money. The had also provided us with a free upgrade to a suite room when AC in one of the rooms didnt work. It was a nice experience overall.
