I came with my siblings and a kid, They loved the spacious family room. I stayed for a single night so whatever service was provided , it was very professional and up to the mark. And facilities were value for money type. Overall a nice experience, would love to stay again.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. The location is peaceful and well-isolated from city noise, making it perfect for a relaxing stay.
The room was spacious and Super clean and very comfortable too.. We booked an ACroom for 3 people and the room we got was really large enough where it can accomodate 6-7 persons... That too in a low price..Hot water and wifi facilities were available...Their service was also really nice.. I would recommend the stay to all. I will chose this lodge in upcoming mysore trip also
I had a comfortable and satisfying stay with Sai Inn. They were responsive with their messages, rooms were cleaned nicely, and all the basic amenities were adequate for my stay. I especially appreciate being able to use the laundry facilities and kitchen facilities for a quick up of tea in the mornings. And their snack and ice cream selection is enough to keep you satisfied. Airport transfer services were also provided and it was good and comfortable. The staff are friendly and you can also enjoy your privacy. It's a colourful neighborhood and the balcony has a good view of the city. I would stay here again on my next visit.
It was a quaint little place where we stayed for 1 night. The room was quite good and all amenities required were there, it had a small balcony as well. The bathroom was also spacious and clean with hot water. They also have Yoga classes and a small cafe which we weren't able to sample due to our short stay. Nice place and affordable, recommended.
One of the Worst Hotel Experiences - Especially for Group Bookings This review is being written after dealing with Sumanth, the so-called manager and son of the owner Mr. Suresh. We were a group that had travelled for a Marriage Reception, and our host had booked this hotel in advance. We had reserved a total of 11 rooms -- 1 family room, 9 double-bed AC rooms, and 1 double-bed non-AC room, few with extra beds. Despite paying a significant amount, the experience we had was extremely disappointing, frustrating, and frankly insulting. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM, and from the very beginning, issues started cropping up. While booking, Sumanth clearly agreed that we could have our dinner on the ground floor, so our host arranged the food from outside, since this hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. But after we arrived, he suddenly changed his stance, refused to allow dining in the common area, and insisted everyone eat in their individual rooms. This was a massive inconvenience, especially since we had elderly members in the group. Any time we needed something extra (like water or any food items), someone had to go all the way down and back up -- and there's no proper support staff to help. Still, we didn't complain at this point. The next morning was worse. Out of 11 rooms, only 2 had hot water. The rest had no hot water at all. When we raised the issue, we were asked to "wait 30 minutes." An hour passed -- still no hot water. Only after repeated request they reluctantly agreed to send hot water in buckets. And even then, only one room was given hot water, just because we had a 3-year-old child. All other guests, including senior citizens, had to take cold water baths, which was completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. The tea situation was a complete mess. The hotel claims tea is available after 8:00 AM. When one of the guests asked for tea, Sumanth outright refused, saying they "can't provide tea for group booking" -- an absurd excuse for a hotel that claims to support group bookings. After some arguments, he gave tea to only 2 people, charging Rs. 30 per cup with no bill. For the remaining guests, we bought tea from outside, but he didn't allow us to carry it to the rooms. Even after we offered to pay for any damage, his behavior became outright rude and aggressive. He raised his voice, yelled at us in front of others, and even said he's never seen customers like us. This deeply offended our group. Everyone started questioning what exactly was wrong with our behavior, and in the middle of this argument, one of our guests who was taking a bath came out in a towel to confront him -- that's how absurd and humiliating the situation became. He arrogantly said, "My hotel, my rules." None of this nonsense was mentioned in any rulebook or policy (we even attached a photo of the hotel policy). If he allowed us to have dinner in the rooms, why the hell can't we carry tea to the rooms? We know he might try to defend himself by blaming the guests' behavior -- but it was his attitude that triggered everything. When we told Sumanth that we would be writing a detailed Google review, he smugly replied that "30 people reviewing won't affect my business" and that "nobody reads these reviews anyway." That alone shows his total disregard for guest feedback and customer satisfaction. And to top it off: This place is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it doesn't even qualify for a 1-star. Some basic 3-star amenities that were completely missing include: 1. No attached dine-in facility 2. No proper or secure car parking (we had 1 car and 1 mini-bus, and we understood the bus issue -- but not even proper space for cars) 3. No bedside tables in most rooms 4. No night lamps False advertising and poor infrastructure are the final nails in the coffin for this so-called hotel. If the owner Mr. Suresh is reading this: Your son's behavior is damaging your hotel's reputation. Either get a professional manager or risk losing all future business.
It was wonderful to stay in SAI INN, Mysore. Rooms are very clean and airy. The most important things are the behaviour of staff. The manager and all others staff are very cooperative and friendly. Also they arranged cars for pick up, drop and sightseeing at very cheap price. Sai Inn is highly recommended for families and couples.
I had a confirmed booking at this accommodation. On arrival they wanted to take a photo of me. Couldn't explain any reason except that it's how they always do it. They have my passport and visa and CCTV but weirdly keep a photo of guests on file. They lied and said it was a government requirement (haven't experienced this in 2 months in India). They told me I had to find somewhere else to stay. I was forced to comply or to leave. Probably for the best because when I arrived the staff were so unfriendly. Didn't even acknowledge me or say hello. Rude!!! The location is really weird in a suburban area. I'll bet they also try to charge me for the stay also.
