Raccoon Rooms

The place is very average for the price. The room has lizards, mosquitoes and what not. There is water leakage and the pipe/taps literally comes off. The place definitely needs renovation and CLEANING!! Wouldn't recommend this hotel for such high tarriff.... I was charged 1.8k for a terrible stay I am sure this place has potential to be better. Please take this as a positive response and upgrade!!

I recommend staying at Raccoon Rooms 100%! I've been for a month and for me the room is comfortable and clean, with a balcony and a good bathroom. It has a magnificent terrace where you can cook and where they serve a delicious, different Indian breakfast every morning, better than what you can have for breakfast in a bar! They have filtered water to drink and the washing machines are also there. Good Wifi. There is room cleaning service every 2 days and they give you a daily bottle of water. The staff has been very nice. Thank you!

I was really hesitant following to a recent review that was saying only bad things about the hotel. I think it's all wrong from someone who was just frustrated to not have stayed in a 5 star hotel My experience was : very nice basic clean and maintained room. Hot water was working fine. Breakfast was basic but very good and enough. All staff from reception to breakfast was very friendly and efficient. WiFi works good, prices are pretty low. The location is right walkable distance to many nice things in this modern and good vibes area. You can take rickshaw uber all around the city for not too much time, and the train station was about 10 minutes drive from there.

Worst experience so far. Had to find another hotel due to hotel conditions. Rooms were dirty and unhygienic. Found insects and lizards in room. Definitely not a good place to stay. Lift was also not working. Not staff to help with luggage.climb floors yourself. Location is in outskirts secluded from main city. Would personally recommend to not book this without checking rooms.

Decent stay... On our trip to Ooty.... Due to heavy rain we had to stay in Mysore for a night... Without any reservation walked in and booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. Staff is very friendly and rooms are good. We loved our stay.... Later after a month I stayed with my family for 3 days. My wife & Daughter loved the stay... The locality is very calm and neat. After couple of weeks again I am visiting Mysore with my family.... My Daughter insisted me to book here. There is a pet cat which my daughter Loved.

Old property with aesthetic modernish makeover Rooms are standard compact size However the arrangement of furniture makes for it The wall paintings give it a good happening vibe You get a common kitchen at the terrace where you can cook by self And you get a refrigerator in common Therfore I suppose people can stay for a long period of time Breakfast was awesome, better to have it here than any other restaurant Location is slightly away from the city hustle Despite that road side rooms would be a bit noisy Overall experience was good

All was good, just the things to keep in mind, don't having laundry service but they have washing machine just keep your washing powder and wash the clothes and dry on top floor best things they have open kitchen which you can use. Have a nice stay

Nice, fun, basic and international hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. Their cat is really beautiful (but be careful if you are allergic). Internet was good. I loved the small details of the raccoons inside and outside the rooms. There were parking places for scooters. With a bike/scooter it is approx. 13 minutes to the palace. The area seems safe and there are a lot of cool cafes nearby. The view from the rooftop is really nice. There is an AC in the room. I definitely recommend this place!|The breakfast was okay. The first day we got a banana and 3 idli's, the second day a couple of dosas and you could choose for slices of bread with jam.
