OYO 16674 Le Vilasi

There's nothing good about this hotel.. they have huge rooms but are not cleaned, bedsheets are stinky, washrooms were not cleaner, sofa was broken, bed worms were there..

Lots of mosquitoes on the ground floor. Lawns were not maintained. I have been asked extra charges even I booked and paid online. Don't get here and waste your time if you booked online

Really amazing place. Spacious rooms and great service. Breakfast was also provided but not coffee . Don't think twice, at this price point, it's total swag.

Place outside is very good, near all major touring spots.. but rooms are not upto the mark. No maintenance properly, booked through oyo.

1. We were denied room in hotel on 7th October 2019.||2. We spoke to Oyo helpline from hotel multiple times regarding issue.||3. Later We called Agoda Customer Support at +1 866 656 8207. IVRS said that we should email by going to contact-us address in Agoda website.||4. We to get tried to get contact-us address from website, but website requested us to create login.||5. We tried to create login in Agoda website multiple times. Every time we got error: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.||6. We got Agoda email address from internet google search and wrote to them (and Oyo) for refund. As of 10-Oct-2019, yet to receive refund.

Worst place for family stay. Overnight I can hear ppl sitting downstairs and boozing. Rooms are satisfactory. No amenities like other hotels.

It is a budget friendly property but other than that wifi was not working in my room, cockroaches inside the room, bathroom was not clean and tidy. Needs a lot of approvement.

Not good place to stay with family. Location is on outskirts of city. Entrance is via an bar and the property shares premise and faces with open restaurant/bar full of holigans till late in night. Was worried about safety and hence had to cancel the booking
