Orchid Elite Service Apartments

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a service apartment. There were no basic amenities provided -- not even plates or glasses to drink water. The cleanliness was appalling, with cockroaches running around the room, including in the kitchen and bathroom areas. It was clear that proper pest control and hygiene standards were not maintained. For the price I paid, I expected at least a livable environment. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere -- this place is not worth your money or peace of mind.

My stay at the service apartment was quite disappointing. The overall lack of service, poorly maintained bathrooms, absence of drinking water, and uncleaned lifts left much to be desired. Soiled bed sheets not changed. It was an unfortunate experience, and I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests. I feel the future guests should not make advance payment .

Can Expect a pleasant stay overe there as if we are in our house. No disturbance. good place, a little bit far from city. 250 mtrs from Highway. Didn't get car parking inside the gate but was safe outside under CCTV . Parking space for only 3 cars. Big rooms , 2 BHK... Owner was friendly. No restaurant In house. Overall good experience.

We arrived at the property with high expectations, having paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately, our stay was abruptly denied upon arrival, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced. This unexpected turn of events marred our experience and raised concerns about the property's commitment to customer satisfaction. Communication and transparency are crucial in the hospitality industry, and this incident fell short of those expectations.

Very lonely place. No buildings nearby. No Food No tea/coffee available here. No Restaurant nearby You have to walk for an kilometer or more for food. Staff Vijay is good enough cooperative. Property is well maintained.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO VISIT WITH FAMILY OR KIDS!!!! What a nightmare. We visited with our toddler and we faced the most horrible time ever. There was no power for the full night we were there, there was no power backup (even for the fans or lights) even though we were assured of that when booking. There was heavy rainfall and water seeped throughout the apartment and flooded every room!!!! We couldnt even open the windows because of the insects. On top of that no one was there to even help for a minute. The building manager/attendants came for a couple of minutes and said they couldnt do anything and that room floods often! Imagine, my child had to sleep in extreme heat without light or fan in a semi flooded room (after hours of struggle) without a single minute of help from management even after paying a lot!!! We drove there from Bangalore and left the place the next morning even though we had booked the place for two days. Never, ever stay here. Horrible staff, flooded rooms, no facilities, they will leave you to fend for yourself.

Beautiful rooms with good facilities for an affordable price. Stayed there for 2 days. Hall with TV, Kitchen, Ac rooms with balcony, hot water facility, drinking water facility was available ... Go for it!!! Giving a five star rating

The owner is a big fraud. We booked 2 Units of 2 BHK apartments and paid advance also. However, when we were about to reach the property, he asked us to check-in in some other property with a reason which was not factually correct. We were constrained to file a police complaint against him for cheating and fraud. So please beware of such fraudster and would recommend not to get trapped in his net. Highly money minded fellow and can sell even his customers. Poor and pathetic.||||Initially he said "do whatever you want to do, local police is in my hands". However, when we called the police at his property, he started apologizing. He is greedy and only concern about money. For few hundreds/thousands bucks he can force his customers to spend night on road. Highly unreliable and unprofessional.
