National Residency

I had not so convincing stay at this property. There are lot of things which did not do well. Hair dryer not working. The WiFi is very slow. The glasses kept for drinking were not clean. Stayed for 3 days and your rooms doesn't get cleaned. Kettle was not available and when requested a stinky kettle was provided. The AC is not maintained and it was very suffocating inside the room on a sunny hot day. However the stay were kind and the location gets the points here. Apart from these I wouldn't be visiting this hotel again. If you are looking for a comfortable stay find another place. If you are looking for a quick stay and within city limits this is the place.

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms.It was even better than expected.There were great restaurants within walking distance.I would definitely stay there again.Thank you National residency.

The rooms are well maintained and kind, GM Arun Manjunath is so generous from check-in to check-out its a nice experience

Very tidy and clean hotel . The restaurant next to hotel Seasons is Amazing . Had wonderful experience with my family. Would definitely recommend to those who want a place at the prime of city with reasonable prices. The staffs were great and helpful. Will definitely visit again

Extremely pathetic service. Power cut off in AC room for over 2-3 hours. Not a single water bottle was served to us in room... For handing over room to us they treating us like we are there to rob the place asking my tired family to stand in for group photos... useless reception don't know what they are doing ..... will never ever visit this place ever again in your life... during checkin who makes u wait for 45 mins to do proceedings... never go to this place ever.. that's why it's always empty... even tea to be procured from nearby hotel

I can give zero stars such a pathetic service, the bathroom floor was so slippery that you can not even stand properly. The hair dryer was not working. Such pathetic hospitality, I called 2-3 times, but still, they haven't shown up.

We had booked the hotel 4 moths before our stay, even after paying about 40% while doing advance booking they gave our room and to someone else. They had sent us to different hotel which was very bad. After requesting they gave us another hotel again for which they charged us extra amount.
