Terrible experience -- not worth the money We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the AC in our room wasn't working for both days, making it very uncomfortable. We complained multiple times but no proper action was taken. The swimming pool was another disaster -- it had a foul smell throughout our stay, clearly neglected and unhygienic. The food served at the hotel was equally bad. The taste was below average and nowhere near what you'd expect from a decent property. We ended up avoiding most of the meals because of this. To make things worse, during checkout, the staff didn't give us any bills. They simply quoted a total amount to be paid. Even after asking for a detailed bill multiple times, they made us wait for over 30 minutes and still failed to provide it. Highly unprofessional and careless service. Overall, a terrible experience -- poorly maintained property, bad food, and unprofessional staff. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good parking space, and the room cleaning was in good condition. Food quality was also nice. However, I'm concerned about the cleanliness of the swimming pool -- it was in very poor condition and quite dangerous. My kids even found a piece of broken glass, which is a serious safety risk. Despite giving feedback, no action was taken by the management. On a positive note, the hotel allows outside food, which is really great.

Please avoid staying at this hotel--it is in a terrible state. I had previously stayed here when it was managed by Radisson, and it was an excellent experience. However, under the current ownership, the hotel is poorly maintained. The air conditioning is not functioning properly, there are plumbing issues, and, shockingly, the ceiling collapsed the moment we opened the door. As of 7 PM on March 15, 2025, we are still waiting for our room to be ready. The service is extremely disappointing. I wouldn't even rate this hotel two stars. We are planning to cancel the booking! Please don't come!!!!

I want to commend the hotel staff Veerappa ,Hassan for their outstanding service during a particularly busy time. Despite the high volume of guests, the team remained professional, courteous, and efficient. They handled the influx of visitors with grace and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Whether it was checking us in quickly, addressing our requests, or simply providing assistance with a smile, they truly went above and beyond. It's clear they are dedicated to providing a top-notch experience, even under pressure. I'm incredibly impressed with their commitment and would definitely return because of the exceptional service

Very good experience. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff were good and actually provided an extra cot for a third person Rooms were big. Great ambiance. Room service was good. Buffet breakfast had a wide choice and was tasty. Toilets were clean Bath towels smelt fresh and so were the toiletries. Check out was also a breeze. All in all a good place for a get away

I recently experienced inconsistent communication with the reception team at this hotel. When inquiring about room reservations, a female staff member initially quoted 5000 + taxes. However, when I spoke with a male staff member shortly after, he quoted 7000 + taxes. When I mentioned the previous conversation, he consulted the female staff member, who then claimed she couldn't offer the room at the initial rate. This confusing exchange occurred within a span of just 10 minutes.

I had booked a room with Balcony. Room had cigar smell through out and AC flow was very low and when complained, maintenance team came for visit after 40 minutes and upon checking they said AC flow is fine but it was not. When raised concern they suggested if they can provide fan. So disappointed with the service.

It used to be a good hotel till it was radisson country inn. We had a room in the first floor . Entire floor lobby was dirty with cigarette smoke smell the entire time. Suite room balcony was not clean, room floor was not in a good shape. Hotel management seemed adjusted to this fact, no one even asked for a feedback.And yes breakfast was below average
