Moriz Inn-Boutique Hotel Mysore

I have booked rooms through MakeMyTrip many times before, but this has been the worst experience of my life. The room I received was far smaller than what was promised in terms of square footage. Though it was advertised as having a king-size bed, the bed provided was extremely small. The floor was so dirty that walking barefoot made it feel sticky and unhygienic. The bathroom was worse than a public toilet, with a horrible stench coming from it. Even though complimentary mineral water was supposed to be provided, they brought a small amount of water in what appeared to be a reused liquor bottle. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels were all heavily stained and had turned yellowish instead of being clean white. I had booked a deluxe room but what I received was no better than a railway station's clock room. I had planned a two-day trip to Mysore, but due to this horrible experience, I had to cut my trip short and return after just one day

This hotel is in the heart of the city. Very decent hotel and polite staff. Parking is available. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed it.

The staff were friendly but the hotel was basic. No AC. No kettle so I asked for one, thinking complimentary drinks would come with it. The kettle was brought to the room, but that was pointless as there was no tea/coffee/sugar/milk available. No toilet roll. The bed sheets were stained, but they were changed once this was pointed out to the staff. There was no breakfast. A bonus was the shower was hot. Room service was happy to bring coffee at abreasonable cost when ordered.

I give this hotel five stars because of their attention to detail....if you've hopped around for a while and found yourself in Mysore this this place is great 1400 non ac ( but who really needs that such a pamper ) ....so after following my nose and wandering into a few windowless scruffy box rooms....i looked for a decent front and balcony windows( good light is important).....Moriz fit the bill , greeted with cool air and a welcome smile....rooms perfect balcony cotton sheets soft pillow, toothbrush toothpaste, shampoo, soap and a good drying cotton towel......only stayed a night bit wanted authentic flop house, I was tempted though.

We were satisfied with my stay at Moriz inn. The room was above average. I booked through the Goibibo. This hotel is not that much worth the price, For the amount I paid. The staff behaviour was very good and helpfull. The room was outdated, the amenities were minimal. The hotel's photos were looking good and its from the beginning. Restaurant is not opened now. But on request they will arrange food. The room looked luxurious online, but in reality, it's outdated, if maintain some more good way it would be great. One good thing I feel is enough parking is there.

We were really disappointed with my stay at Morizinn. The room was dirty upon arrival, with a musty odor that never went away.This hotel is definitely not worth the price. For the amount I paid, I expected a comfortable, high-quality experience, but instead, the room was outdated, the amenities were minimal.The hotel's website and photos were very misleading. The room looked spacious and luxurious online, but in reality, it was cramped, outdated, and not as well-maintained as advertised. Amenities were limited, and the so-called 'city view' was more of a view of the parking lot. I felt like I'd been deceived, and it really put a damper on my trip.

Rooms are very neat and clean and people are very friendly and ready to help us.

I had a great experience at this hotel,it was clean, stylish,roomy with excellent service and very comfortable to stay and safe
