Warm Hospitality and a Smiling Welcome My recent stay at Mariah was truly delightful, not just because of the excellent facilities, but also due to the warmth and friendliness of the owner. From the moment I arrived, their smile and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful tips about the area and checking in regularly to see if everything was perfect. Their genuine care and dedication to creating a comfortable experience for guests were evident throughout my stay. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like family, this hotel is the one. Highly recommended for its hospitality and the positive energy the owner brings to the atmosphere.

We had a bad experience at this hotel. 1. The lift smelled of smoke. 2. The walls were not sound proof. You can hear the person using bathroom in the nearby room. 3. Not much variety in breakfast. They served frozen chapattis and some side dish. And some rice. That's it. 4. They put too much air freshner when we checked in at night. Couldn't sleep at all due to the overpowering smell. 5. Our bathroom didn't have a wall just a clear glass with a curtain looking out on the road. I felt very uncomfortable to use the bathroom. 6. Parking is on the roadside. But, it's not a busy road, so not an issue. 7. The owner is all smiling but when we raised issues she just asked us to cancel if we don't like it, rather than fix issues. 8. When we reported to our booking service and asked for change of hotel, the owner blatantly lied that we used bad words and can't give refund. We were polite and respectful in all our conversations. We had our kids around. We checked out in a day and booked in another hotel. It was one of our best decisions. We had a better experience for the same price. Better stay away from this hotel. This is my personal experience.

The owner Ayesha was very helpful over the conversation and they booked the room without hassle free and the room accomodation and hospitality was amazing. The rooms are very clean and tidy, Enjoyed the visit for 2 nights was very reasonable price on the outskirts of Mysore.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious. Ayesha and the manager Riyaz are very understanding and accomodating. The family lounge area is very well done. Over all a very good experience.

A great stay with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. The boss is also very good, especially Ayesha Ma'am. Highly recommended!
