Lexus Inn

Visited the property recently and the staff was really helpful with early check-in when the rooms became available. The rooms were clean and had a good view. Amenities were there and you can order food from swiggy or zomato. The only downside I felt was the price, I booked via goibibo and paid ~3k per night which felt a bit costly imho.

We had a chance to stay at Lexus Inn last week. This new boutique Inn threw a pleasant surprise when we checked-in to the room. The rooms were very well set with clean white sheets filled with a pleasant fragrance. The bathroom was clean and sparkling with premium fittings. The staff is very courteous & keen to assist. They are working on setting up a restaurant for future; however the room boys helped bring us takeaway parcels from the nearby restaurants which are in plenty. They also gave us clean plates and cutlery as room service. Overall very satisfied with their service and would strongly recommend Lexus Inn. A big shout out to the owner Rishi for his dedication to customers and helping nature.

A good hotel to stay at the right price and right place. Got plenty of parkings pace . No traffic, got a small park nearby, and have hospital at a walkable distance. Got plenty of food options to choose from swiggy zomato (nearby). Rooms were decent.

Overall, this hotel is an excellent hotel to stay. If you get a city view, the view from the balcony is fantastic, including the gardens and cityscape. I am summarising the review into sections. I have stayed here for only one night and explored most things. Reachability and Parking: This hotel is on the main road, High Tension Double Road. Plenty of parking is available for two-wheelers and even four-wheelers in the basement and in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent and can be easily found. The front road is also not too crowded, so the environment is very peaceful here. Staff Behaviour: The reception staff was very polite and helpful; they carried our luggage, and there was also 24-hour security who guided the vehicle while coming or going out of the hotel. Since we stayed only one night, we did not use the housekeeping, and I will not be able to review it. But when we asked for extra tea bags, they all provided the same in no time. Rooms: The rooms were fantastic, and everything was there, including the study table for related office work. The rooms did not have carpets or floor mats; hence, they were always dusty. The windows are also huge, and there is a lovely balcony to sit on, which feels very nice. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and we got the front view room. The bathroom did not have a bathtub and had separate partitions for the shower and the commode. The bathroom is tiny, and we felt little discomfort with it. The bathrooms and rooms were clean and well-maintained. Amenities: There are no amenities in the hotel, and there is no restaurant. The worst part is that no filter/aqua guard fills the drinking water. They give two 500mL bottles per day. If extra is required, they are charging for it. For this reason only, I am reducing the rating by 1 star; otherwise, it's an excellent hotel to be at. Look, Feel and Cleanliness: The hotel looks nice, as it has a well-maintained lobby. The hotel is maintained clean all the time. You will feel good staying at the hotel. All the hallways are well decorated, which gives a good feeling. It is a well-decorated place.

The hotel was properly priced in the beginning. But now it is a bit overpriced. The staff are not friendly. Once I requested to talk to the owner, but they said it was not possible. This attitude won't help in any way for the business. If the customers are not respected, then they won't prefer

We stayed as a family at Lexus Inn recently, Mysore, for three days in an executive room and had a pleasant experience. The room's ambience was good, and the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was spotless, with daily cleaning service ensuring a comfortable stay. Located away from the city traffic, the hotel offered a peaceful environment and was conveniently close to good restaurants. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially Naveen at the reception, who assisted me with booking the room over the phone, and Soorya, who guided us with excellent restaurant suggestions. It was particularly comfortable conversing with Soorya as he spoke Tamil, making the experience even smoother. Another staff member also provided guidance on the best lunch restaurant and shared information about the Mysore Palace lighting. While the hotel does not have an in-house food service, room service was available for coffee and cleaning. Their restaurant recommendations, like URS Road Dosa Point for breakfast and dinner and Fresh Catch for lunch, were outstanding in taste and quality. Additionally, a hotel for breakfast and dinner is located just a few steps away in the connected building. Overall, Lexus Inn provided a decent and comfortable stay, making it a great choice for families seeking clean and peaceful accommodation in Mysore.

We stayed at this hotel between 7-8 September. Excellent experience. The staff present - Ms Saraswati and Mr Surya were very courteous. All the other staff members too,( I'm sorry I don't recall their names) were very courteous, helpful, and pleasant. The rooms are very neat. The locality is quite good. Over all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We , a family with 2 kids, had booked the room last minute. The hotel staff were very accomadating and we had a very enjoyable stay of 2 nights there. One let down was that they dont have a restaurant in the premises, hope they have plans to look at that.
