Terrible hotel. Dont fall for its pictures. Reality is nothing close to it. Rooms are not clean. Toilet is broken. Not worth the money paid. There is no parking facility for your vehicles. There are better hotels in Mysore you can try for at that price.

WORST HOTEL EVER I have no idea how they call themselves 3 star hotel There is NO PARKING, customers need to park on the road The room is DIRTY, wardrobe wood is damp and smelling Bathroom is UNHYGIENIC , tiles are broken..they have used the wall tiles on the bathroom floor which makes is slippery and dangerous, cigarette smell from the bathroom exhaust area Bathroom exhaust doesn't work and smells like its not cleaned for weeks Not one wall in the room or the hotel is clean...there is leaking issues in the whole hotel and smells damp every time. Room phone was not working Completely overpriced(5k), not worth 1k even. I saw the images on booking .com and thought its a good hotel but was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED when i saw the state of the hotel, online images are fake. The staff doesn't even talk properly or only talk HINDI and are not professional at all.

The rooms were clean. But the service was not upto the mark. All the facilities listed were not provided. No coffee/tea maker. No toiletries were provided. Hangers/clothes rack were not present in the bathroom.

They have very spacious rooms, clean and quiet. Worth the price, booked Le Executive room for 2k from Goibibo. There is a big breakfast and lunch place in the ground floor of the hotel. Room service was nice, overall a nice hotel if you are coming with friends, family or your girlfriend.

WORST STAY EVER, DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU SEE IN PICTURES 1. No parking: we called the property before booking and checked if they had secure parking for our car to which they confirmed they do. Reality check - they didn't have any parking and you are supposed to park in the crowded street where there is no safety 2. Incompetent staff: not helpful and denied up straight to provide an extra comforter. Very rude on asking why unnecessary and unreasonable charges 3. Unclean and unhygienic room: enter the room there is damp smell, comforter and bedspread with old stains 4. Bathroom: no soap holder, no proper dustbin, dirty bucket and slippery floor. All in all waste of 5k money for an unworthy room.

Worst experience.. Rooms were ok ok.. Bathroom and toilet are not clean.. Not well maintained.. They even don't give towel.. They give only small soap and small shampoo.. Rooms haven't phone system.. They also not receiving our calls.. After 2-3 times they will pick up call.. They don't give any suggession or guidance..

Nice room.. nice staff approach... even not booked on a Saturday got nice room without over pricing
