Kumar's The White House

Back in January 2023, I visited Bangalore with my school for an excursion. It was quite cold at the time, and we were still kids then. On the second night at this hotel, a few students from our school got sick and were given our room. As a result, my friend and I had nowhere to sleep.I agree it was our teachers' responsibility to arrange another room, but they didn't. When I asked our English teacher for help, she simply told us to sleep wherever there was space. Unfortunately, we still couldn't find a spot ,Around 1:00 AM, we were still awake, cold, and without a place to rest. We asked the hotel staff for some extra cots to sleep on, and while they said they would help, they didn't actually do anything. They just watched us walk around, which made us feel very upset That night was a nightmare. My friend and I felt completely neglected, especially since the teacher seemed to care only about her daughter and a few favorite students. My parents trusted the school staff to look after us, but this experience was incredible disappointing Wouldn't recommend this hotel -- especially not for school trips or anyone expecting basic decency . You deserve better.

Worst, disastrous place. Bedsheets are full of stains and other dirt particles. Washrooms are not clean enough. Random hair all over the place, absolutely disgusting. Booked for 3 days but ran away in 1 night, other than the AC nothing works here. Random spiders in the room. Bedsheets were itchy. There was no hot water available.

Good place, very nice ambiance and very clean. I enjoyed food there but cut fruits was very frozen and it not look like fresh ones !

The worst hotel room ,which they do not maintain properly. The extra bed they were given the semi ( coir visible )opened bed which appears the coir inside.Though we have paid for extra bed.We directly denied to use it. The washroom we door was not having the lock. The restaurant I visited it was not locking inside also I unable to open from inside too. Very bad hotel,they do not respond anything properly.

Excellent food especially chinese and Tandoor chef Raghu is outstanding food maker.Service is good and ambiance is superb really I am enjoyed the day with family

Worst hotel in Mysore. Hotel staff takes 3 hrs to deliver water bottles. The rooms are super dirty and pillows are gross. Please stay away!!!

Allow me to describe the type of guests who would find this hotel suitable: 1) This hotel is primarily intended for single individuals and is not recommended for couples or families. 2) It is worth noting that there have been instances where water was not available in the washroom, and I had to visit the reception twice within a 12-hour for no water. 3) Please be aware that room cleanliness is not a priority here, and upon entering the room, you may encounter unpleasant odors. To be honest, the only positive aspect of this hotel is the availability of parking spaces outside.

The place is in good location but rooms could have been cleaner
