Hotel Sandesh The Prince

It's a great place to stay in Mysuru having a good restaurant and all amenities. Good rooms with a large number of items for complimentary buffet breakfast having parking if you are travelling via your own vehicle. It's within the city where you can reach the zoo, palace or any other place in 5-10 min

We stayed in their most expensive room the suite and it was a pathetic experience. The rooms are old and falling apart. The fan looked like it will fall anytime, The mini fridge was not working and no one attended despite calling them. No hot water, bed sheets are old and not clean. The towels in the toilet were not clean, the toilet it self was unclean. When I tried to complain to the front desk the lady just rudely pointed me to a feedback form. Went for breakfast and the staff was just not able to manage the crowd, tables were dirty. For a premium price the overall experience was very poor. It certainly is not a 4 star as advertised at best a 2.5 or 3 star hotel

I stayed in Hotel Sandesh The Prince last December for a day and it was a very good experience. Rooms and services are very good and the rate was also not that high. There is a pool available there and have pool side tables for enjoying the food. Restaurant available in the ground floor and the complementary breakfast was really very good. The breakfast buffet had a lot of items and the quality also was nice.

The rooms at Hotel Sandesh The Prime are decent and the overall ambiance is acceptable. The staff behavior was generally okay, but we had a disappointing experience regarding a simple request for masala papad with the Jain menu. Surprisingly, the staff initially refused in an inappropriate tone, stating that no more would be provided--even though it was a very small request. Only after some back and forth did they finally agree to serve it. It's quite disappointing to face resistance over such a minor item, and this reflects poorly on the service standards of the property. Overall, I wouldn't strongly recommend staying here, especially if you expect attentive and accommodating service.

Excellent 4 star hotel. Great ambience, amenities, service. Food service is good but can improve. Location is centrally located in Mysuru and excellent. They even provided rooms with inter connected door when we visited with large family. Highly recommend for family trip.

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips and have always been satisfied with the staff and rooms. However, I did have one issue with the gym - it closes at 8 pm, which I found to be a bit early. As a result, I was forced to cut my workout short and was asked to leave due to the time constraint. However, after speaking with the manager, they kindly allowed me to continue working out until 9 pm. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my needs. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others - although I do hope they consider extending the gym hours in the future.

Helpful staff, prime location, nice buffet spread...... But... Need to work on their air conditioning and in room mini refrigerator. Mini Bar is way too expensive.... Apart from this a very nice cozy hotel
