Hotel Royale Heritage

Curtains are very old, rooms are okay. But the service was fantastic. I would appreciate Harish, he was very professional in his work and always helped me for suggesting me places to visit and many more. He is the guy with whom you can have a chit chat. If you are a solo traveler like me then you can talk to harish, will feel like a friend.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. Starting with the hot water issue--it was barely available, making it extremely inconvenient. The rooms were far from what I expected: poorly maintained and definitely not worth the price charged. To add to the frustration, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and barely functional, which is unacceptable in this day and age. The elevator was out of order throughout my stay, causing significant inconvenience, especially when staying on higher floors. Overall, the service was lackluster, with unresponsive staff who seemed indifferent to guest concerns. For the facilities and service offered, this hotel is grossly overpriced. I wouldn't recommend staying here--there are better options for the same or even a lower price.

Located near by main bustand and well connected the staff is very helpful and attentive especially Mr. Harish hosted us really well and arranged the car for us to travel around the places very helpful staff. If i have to nit pick something is that rooms could have been little bit more cleaner.

The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty walls, outdated furniture, and a general sense of neglect.To make matters worse, the lift was frequently out of order, causing significant inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Given the price charged, this hotel is far from worth the money. The overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."

Decent rooms for families or couples to stay in the heart of Mysore. The hotel is near Mysuru bus stand.
