Hotel Q! Star

We stayed at Q Star Hotel Mysore for one night and paid 3,500 for two people. At this price point, we expected at least basic amenities to be included. However, we were shocked to find a 30 charge for a single water bottle upon checkout--something we assumed was complimentary. The room itself didn't justify the cost. There were no basic provisions like sugar, tea, or coffee powder, and the towel provided was not clean. The property is marked as a 3-star hotel, but based on our experience, it doesn't live up to that rating. It might be reasonable at a 1,500 price point, but 3,500 is simply not worth it and feels like a waste of money. Overall, we left feeling dissatisfied and let down. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Well the room was pretty neat almost luxurious have ac.. A big bed.. Not sound proof so be a gentleman dont disturb your neighbours.. Slept once and was very pleased... Very jumpy soft bed... Had problem with the light stuff.. A bit of damaged european toilet

Very poor service n rent is expensive bad smell cleaners are spitting every where manager or owner can see in there cc cameras n advise for neatness

We recently hosted an engagement ceremony here, the service and ambience were great, the staff too were very efficient. A special thanks to the manager Mr. Syed Saddam who made sure everything went smoothly, his professionalism and attentiveness made a huge difference. I highly recommend Hotel Q! Star for any event or function. Thank you once again.

Worst experience,no power back up,even in lifts . Ac not working properly,no proper amenities.i dont reconmend at all.in reception they don't even response properly.

Worst Maintaince by the Management simply looks good at Google Pitcher No Quality Service. It's Like lodge not a hotel.

I had Horrible experience. It is closer to Bannimantapa. Other than location nothing is great. Staff were good there is no complain on them. But they should be trained well. Only room was neat, but no towels, no toilet kit, no covered dustbins, no water and very slow centralized AC. Empty shampoo and soap bottles. Food was bad. Breakfast is very bad. Uncooked Idli, broken Dosa, tasteless chutney. It is very expensive 6K during Dasara time. Better to look for other options.

Room was ok..but toilet was horrible..very dirty. Staff is very rude and unprofessional
