Hotel Preethi International

The hotel was good we had a 2night stay there,what I did not like was that there was no bucket,mug and doormat in the bathroom, which are like basic things. The food was okay not that great, what I liked the best is the cleanliness and it is located in the heart of the city.

Please DO NOT book rooms in this hotel. They have the worst management and staff. I had a room booked a week ahead. Since my plans changed I had to cancel it on the same day (within 4 hours of making the booking) I had booked. But, the 50% advance that was taken is not refunded by the hotel. When asked for the same, there is a whole chain of blame games that is played and we are unable to talk to any person who can actually take any action (who apparently is the General Manager and does not talk to anyone). I am not sure how I can get my money back. This is nothing short of EXTORTION. Please do not book this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are much better, cheaper and much much more courteous.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Preethi International. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to the steward, Manjunath, whose professionalism and friendliness made my experience truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering valuable tips about local attractions and providing prompt service with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality!

The rooms are very basic for the price charged but clean. No bottled water is provided. The location is good. We were a family for 4 and stayed in Room 308. The breakfast spread was South Indian and was pretty okay.

Easy access, prime location, ample parking area (unlike many other properties) and a non luxurious but good breakfast. Rooms are large and great. No views rather but in the centre of the town otherwise. Easy access to other prime sports and highways

i BOOKED A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL AND HAD IT CONFIRMED THROUGH BOOKING.COM. very soon after I had a message from the hotel telling me the hotel was "holding" my booking, and was informed that they wanted half the payment upfront. despite the fact that the hotel website says pay at the hotel 48 hours before arrival. My booking was for March this year so plenty of time. I phoned the hotel the receptionist told me I had to pay in full up front. I refused and immediately cancelled my booking. I contacted the owner of the hotel who declined to reply to my email. I subsequently booked another hotel in Mysore and my booking was confirmed, then very soon after got a similar message from them. I immediately cancelled my booking. This seems to be a quite common occurence in Mysore, so just me saying if you get the same response as me. cancel your booking.

Very poorly maintained room. Exposed duct work. 1. Broken door chain. 2. No key card. Prop the switch with a visiting card. 3. No card on phone for room service of reception. 4. Mildewed bathroom. Not even toilet paper. Only good thing was the shower

A Pleasant Stay We earlier had a night stay there and it met our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The room boy attended us quickly on entering premises and took us to our room with luggage. The reception area was also big enough and Lord Ganesha's idol placed at the centre caused us to pay attention. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. A buffet style dinner was there. Being vegetarian we choose to have veg food it's really tasty and delicious with a variety of options available. #Improvements: After taking a buffet dinner when we sat at the table we had to ask for water multiple times, which was a bit disappointing. Need improvement in terms of hygiene especially at room. Bedsheet had some stains on it and tea/coffee station in room need to be more clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend it to others and also would like to stay here next time also if we come to Mysore.
