Hotel Le Ruchi The Prince

Stayed a couple of nights here in a family trip. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The mini bar menu was acceptable though limited. The in house pool side restaurant serves great food, service and pleasant ambiance for dinner. Breakfast menu is great! Swimming pool was limited hours for guests as they were using it for training of kids in the neighbourhood Staff was cooperative and well spoken. Nice place to consider for a staycation at Mysuru Location could be a hit or miss for some!

We have stayed in Ruchi the price over weekend and our experience was very pleasant. They have nice lawn and good green cover in the resort. Our kids enjoyed the little play area and played with ducks that were roaming in the area. Food was decent in the veg restaurant. Kettles were not clean in our rooms and they cleaned and replaced promptly. Overall nice experience and value for money.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and hospitality i received during my recent stay at your hotel from the moment I checked in until I checked out every aspect of my experience was positive and memorable. I particularly appreciate Mr Nicholas Harry[ GM ] for making us comfortable whenever we visit . Thank you so much sir.positive aspects like the friendly and efficient staff, the cleanliness of the room, The delicious breakfast, and cleanliness swimming pool.. I am writing this at 11:45 pm. As I am unable to sleep due to variety of noises. The staffs are nice and very helpful. The fridge was not working. They replaced in minutes. Food pricing is good too. But never stay in 607. A lot of noise from everywhere. I don't know what is above it but from last many hours a lot of furniture dragging sound is coming down. It's hell. Why don't they apply felt pads to the furniture legs? It's cheap and cost effective. Also staffs should be empathetic towards guests in terms of noise. Next to the balcony there is a different property where partys are arranged frequently on open space. Today it rained so we were spared, Main doors are not soundproof. Expect a lot of these thud and dragging noise all the time, do not expect a good night sleep. Forget it. There is no switch for one ceiling light. You have to switch off using the master switch. If you switch off master switch the fan turns off too. Bad wiring. Why would you link fan to master switch? Also why one ceiling light has no switch?

Another great stay at Hotel Le Ruchi! Why pay premium hotel prices when I get a better value at Hotel Le Ruchi The Prince? Clean comfortable rooms, amenities that matter like in room fridge and coffee maker, and my kids are grown, but the pool timings are very limited, a great staff that is always happy to help. See you again soon, Hotel Le Ruchi||We LOVE coming This was our third time staying at the hotel and it's always a great stay. but we also really enjoy the pool. Highly recommended this hotel value for Money .........

Ambiance is truly marvelous! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the kitchen is well-maintained, and the food is both hygienic and delicious with a great variety. The conference room is excellent for business meetings. Honestly, no 4-star place offers such quality food at this price -- amazing value!

The hotel is not too far from the city and conveniently located. We got the room at a very reasonable price since it was a last minute booking.|Parking is available. The buffet breakfast had a good spread and also appreciate the thoughtful gesture of the restaurant staff who placed the "Bevu Bella" as it was Ugadi.|Rooms are spacious and clean. |Pool are is a bit congested though we did not dine there or use the pool.

Poor service, the threadbare carpet in the corridor tells how bad the maintenance is, the lift touch screen doesn't work properly, the kettle in rooms doesn't work either. It's rather a over rated hotel. You can find better quality hotels for the same price .It's better to skip this. These hotels depend on one time visitors who never come back.
