HOTEL CLOUD 9

One of the worst stay I ever had. I booked this hotel for a weekend 19th April. Cons: 1. No sufficient hot water if you wake up around 8:00, because they are using solar and no geyser, hence first come first served. You will get only cold water if you are not upfront 2. No welcome kit. No towels 3. Unfortunately on 20th morning no water itself for bathing or toilets due to motor not working. Most of the guestlost their patience and left without bathing. Actual Shit experience 4. Receptionist are not trained well and they are not bothered of our issues. 5. If we call to owner he will switch off if any issue arises. 6. I discounted the price for 1650 from 1800/- and during check-in he said it was 1700/-, later after getting proof he agreed for 1650. 7. When we direct check in it is 1500/- and 1200/- some times even on weekend . If we cross questions owner will say as it is for fresh up dont believe that. And my neighbour room mate booked over phone and he got 1500/- for same Saturday night , no genuinity and transparency. Pros. Nothing, not even a 1star rating for this

I had an incredible stay at Hotel cloud 9 in Mysore! The hospitality was outstanding - the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore. Will definitely return on my next trip!

I stay here every time I visit Mysore and every time the service has been great and the rooms are very clean too. I totally recommend staying here. The price for such spacious rooms is extremely cost-effective. Absolutely wonderful
