They charge for everything and all are very costly. Not recommended to go. They will only one 500ml water bottle per day. Even if you ask for extra water bottle they are charging. Even in restaurant they are not providing water, if you want you need to go and drink in water can otherwise need to pay extra for Water bottle. Additionally even though we booked for 4 rooms and 15 guests, they charged extra 500 per extra bed per night. For everything you need to pay. Food tastes also average.

It is a nice place to visit with couples,and families much more doing activities like swimming pool playing area,gardens and beauty of nature also delicious food like indian chinese, South Indian, North Indian foods u Will get here.the food quality is very hygiene and tasty food also they're serving.tq hm resort.

The room was not clean at all. There was a strong cigarette smell in the room that the staff member showing us the room called a 'room freshener.' We asked the staff to clean the room, and they simply shifted the stuff in front of the room door by about 10 inches and called it clean. Towels were not provided, and when we asked for them, the ones they gave us were so bad that we didn't even use them. The food was also bad. The room was worth only 500. It's surprising that the hotel has a decent rating on Google, especially considering that they increase their prices during festival times.

Situated in a nice location. The room service needs to be upgraded. Priority needs to be given to cleanliness.

Room prices very high for quality and location. Rooms, bedspreads and towels are not clean. Food sucks - Ordered for Kerala parota which was made from Atta, Butter Chicken, butter paneer, egg noodles, etc all tasted the same like boiled food. Order anything, you'll get it after an hour or so

Horrible experience - don't ever go here. The rooms are run-down and the service is horrible. The hotel manager who was at the reception was most unfriendly and arrogant. He does not know the meaning of customer service and was extremely argumentative and money-minded. From torn pillowcases, to broken power sockets - it was a terrible experience.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the garden and outdoor activities, giving us plenty of opportunities to relax while they played. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the variety ensured everyone, including the little ones, found something they loved. We will definitely be returning for another family getaway
