Grand Maurya Hotel & Resort

We had a great weekend stay at Grand Mayura in Mysore. We checked in around 1 PM, and the process was super smooth and quick. The staff was polite and helpful--they even carried our luggage to the room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, neat, and very comfortable--just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The reception team was also very responsive and friendly whenever we had any queries. The hotel has an in-house restaurant that served a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to our day. We also tried their Chinese crispy chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! One of the highlights was the swimming pool--well-maintained and perfect for a quick dip to unwind. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience with great hospitality. Would definitely recommend Grand Mayura for a peaceful stay in Mysore!

Rooms can be improved Need more breakfast options. Swimming pool need some maintainance. Its a good place for small parties,people can spend few hours. The lawns are good.

We had a disappointing experience with their customer service team. We visited to book around 20 rooms for an upcoming wedding, but despite multiple follow-ups and a week of waiting, all we received was a single WhatsApp message. After four follow-ups, it became clear that they were not responsive or reliable. Moreover, trying to speak to the manager was futile, as they were never available. Based on this experience, we've decided never to work with them again. If you're considering their services, proceed with caution. After leaving the review, the manager reached out, only to blame us for not providing all the details upfront. Shouldn't it be their responsibility to ask for the necessary information beforehand? What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of regret for the poor experience. They focused entirely on justifying their actions without even asking for a second chance. Truly surprising and unprofessional behavior.

Food - Is very bad taste and not cooked well as well. When I ordered single food it took around 40 minutes to make & pack. Quality and quantity for they mentioned in menu. For family visiting always people look quality of food it does not fulifill that as well. It is not nice looking and does not look clean as well ...around. It is at prime location and easily find & reach easily. Thanks to the owner who replied... There is no lie here..Originally I visited the same place and may be survant entered data late... Who is Lie here... 1. It is not 11 minutes wait 2. Waiter said quantity is more with half egg each (practically wrong) Note - Instead of having I took away 3. If I reviewed wrong hotel, then how correcty you are saying Food I ordered & Amount I paid ? True is here important - After eating the egg pakoda, my kids were started ommitting That is a reason food quality 1* provided.

Good place, we had been for a dinner hotel has a very good ambiance with outside dining. The food taste was good if you are non veg chicken starters are really good

Wonderful place to stay in ORR of mysore all places easily accesible from here. Wonderful room, clean washrooms. The in house restaurant is just superb. The food is very tasty and menu is pocket friendly. I stayed here for 1 night, booked 2 rooms. Great experience! Recommended

Happy to share feedback about this gem of a hotel which is a hidden gem on Mysore Madikeri highway. Being a mysorean myself we have been dining here for the past 20 years and be it service, pricing or taste they have been consistent enough... Also not to forget the service by Gentleman KK is extraordinary. He leaves no chance to bring a beautiful smile on your face along with his service. Do try your luck and look for KK when your next time around..Until then happy eating !!

Had the great experience!! Stayed here for 2 days, cleanliness is topnotch, great ambiance, well maintained garden and swimming pool, very spacious. They even have a play garden for little kids. The staff is very welcoming and professional, they have good experienced staff with them who know the customer needs. Price- worth every penny and affordable. The food was good, my stay came with a complimentary breakfast Which was good. Cofee was the best. Suited for family, friends and solo travellers( they have a bar too).
