Top on my list for places to stay in Mysore! So fortunate to find this place!! Well maintained and beautiful accommodations amid the lush and relaxing gardens in a quiet zone, near the city's famous attractions and historic sites yet far from the city's bustling tourist center! ||Yamuna welcomes guests most graciously, and may also help in getting a taxi, an Ayurvedic treatment, and with restaurants recommendations. The capable and knowledgeable staff provide exceptional services, including the daily home cooked South Indian breakfast. ||Thank you to the whole host family and staff for their hospitality in the most beautiful surroundings! A truly remarkable Homestay experience for our first time in India! What a memorable stay at Gitanjali in Mysore. Peaceful, in tune with nature, quaint and comfortable. We stayed here with our family for 5 days, and absolutely loved everything about it, the beautiful and well-thought-of decor, the laid-back vibes, the yummy breakfasts, and oh the coffee, friendly and helpful staff. Not to forget, our wonderful, passionate and awe-inspiring hosts who made it a point to come meet us everyday and talk to us about Mysore, hobbies, recipes, day-to-day lives. We truly enjoyed our stay at Gitanjali. Beautiful place. The host and her family were very warm and welcoming. The staff ensured that our stay was comfortable. Superb homemade breakfast spread. What we loved the most was the peaceful stay amidst nature (birds, flowers and trees). The host's attention to detail is truly commendable in running a very high quality homestay amidst beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful tran we uil place outskirts of. Mysuru surrounded by. Coconut plantations and varieties of trees. The hosts are very kind ,welcoming,attentive to your individual needs. All items you need are provided of a fair quality . It was truly exciting as well as valming while sitting on n the shared veranda and listen to birds of several kinds.

It's seldom that you come across a family as warm and welcoming as Yamuna's. We were there for two nights and throughout it all, they were there to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are very tastefully done with attention to details. You can see how much efforts have gone behind creating and maintaining a space like this. And the food - really nice spread of local cuisine for breakfast. The service team is helpful as well. Definitely going back. Thanks for having us!
