Galore Inn

The bed is not comfortable at all, it's a spring bed and it caused severe back pain. Also we asked for a face towel and when the house keeping person came to give the face towel he is counting how many towels we have. Our room was on 3rd floor, but the lift was not working, we were told you use another lift to go upto 4th floor and come down to 3rd floor. Not worth for the price we paid. We ere also asked to wait for the porter for our luggage but no one came and neither asked again .

First there was a parking issue, we had to keep our car outside and it was raining continuously. Secondly the bedsheets had marks and seemed like it was been re used before cleaning as small hairs and stains were there. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. It was around 1 AM when we reached Mysore and we were literally very exhausted to call and wait for them to change the bedsheets. Had a very bad experience for a one day stay.

Excellent breakfast and waiters. Aesthetically good rooms. Poor house keeping. I found left out of snacks and tea stain in the room. Blanket was also left with curry stains and I made them to change even though I had to wait for 25 minutes to sleep. Dust has shed on mirrors. Hotel has a good potential to do best if they improve cleanliness.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 PM, but check-in was at 2 PM. They charged me an extra 300 for early check-in, even though I'm a regular customer. When I requested the room 30 minutes early, explaining that I had been traveling since the previous day, the receptionist was rude and showed a lot of attitude. She insisted on the extra charge, even though the room was ready. The rooms are good, but the first impression and hospitality from the staff were disappointing.

Located near ksrtc depot Kuvempunagar Mysore. The hotel is maintained cleanly however the rooms are a little small and the elevator wasn't working while we're there and had to squeeze through a small gap to get into our rooms. The rooms are cleanly maintained however felt that the rooms are a little small for the prices we provide. There is 24 hour hot water service and electricity with plenty of parking available. The staff are very friendly and help you in all ways possible. Extra beds are provided on request.

Very nice place to stay with family. Clean room, sufficient parking. Good in house breakfast. The bread omelette was superb.

Very comfortable stay with family. The room was spacious interiors comfortable adequate. The restaurant also has a great vibe. Great ambience and great food! The people are kind and helpful. It was Deepawali when I visited so they had decorated the place in the evening. I was wowed when I returned from my sightseeing trip.

Little bit far away from city centre. But totally worth the price. Great breakfast. But the rooms dont look as big as shown in the photos but comfortable enough for a couple or 2 persons. Overall a decent hotel and a great option for the price .
