Club Mahindra Golden Landmark Hotel

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Landmark Hotel in Mysore for 3 wonderful days. This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, providing a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was crisp and clean. The hotel's staff were exceptionally warm and hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, with a range of options to suit different tastes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which included a variety of South Indian and continental dishes. - Convenient location, close to major attractions - Clean and comfortable rooms - Friendly and helpful staff - Delicious food options Ask the staff for recommendations on local sightseeing and shopping A great choice for families, couples, and solo travelers alike! I spent four days at the property with my family and friends, and it was a truly delightful experience. The ambience was captivating and perfect for unwinding. The food was outstanding, offering a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Its convenient proximity to the city means there's plenty to explore in terms of sightseeing. The rooms, consistent with other Club Mahindra properties, were meticulously maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Mahendra Resorts Mysore is very memorable.. Especially our time spent at ' Happy Hub'. Gana, Ramalakshmi& Jyotish were very interactive with the guests and i has a great time singing. The dining experience was also nice.. Shwetha was always cheerful and courteous.

Highly Not recommended We had booked three studios. The club mahindra take over this property before aix months, and the studio size and bathroom size is smaller than hotel units. The room flooring is not well maintained all scratches on floor. Over all property cleanliness is not good. The train track is just behind this property. Continous train horn sound and vibrations coming so you can not sleep well. Also ac is not working in good conditions sounds very high. So its not recommended to stay.

Our experience during 13-16 April 2025 was not at all good. I must mention totally disappointing behavior from Ashutosh Bill desk who hurriedly booked our pre meal package before even settling down. I entered the details of my family in the app to book that package and the price it was displayed. However we realised the price was wrong only when we were checking out. Ashutosh said there is some error in the system which was conveniently not informed to us at the time of booking and throughout the stay. When I complained that this was issue from your office, he was rude even to accept his mistake. When we spoke with the manager there Mr Sharanam, surprised to know that he was not aware of the issue and Ashutosh did not even bother ever to get the system error highlighted to his supervisor. Ideally the excess money which I had to pay should not have been levied to us. I paid the bill and just left with high disappointment. When we pay to Club Mahindra membership so many years in advance, such pathetic behavior and issues should have compensated. Another issue highlighted to the manager was of Travel Desk. Driver Mr Somasundaram appointed to us for the tour was insisting us so much to visit Silk and Mysore Pak shop that when we refused to go there just because we were tired he was so angry and upset. It was really horrible to see his such behavior. Overall, the kind of facilities which this resort has compared to other resorts, such experience leaves very very bad taste.

Jyothish and Gana were in charge of happy hub and we really enjoyed the time there and the games and musical night hosted by them.Aqua dance hosted by them was also wholesome. They treated us so well we felt really comfortable getting along with other guest.The other staffs Ashuthosh and someshwari also welcomed us wholeheartedly. They were so polite and well behaved. We really liked the service provided by ashuthosh

I was a guest together with a Club Mahindra member, who had booked 2 Studio rooms for a 3 night 4 days holiday. On the first day Just shortly before our arrival to the property, we got a call informing there was some issue with rooms we booked and CM staff provided 1BR instead of 2 studio rooms, on top of this they tried to brush this as an upgrade (in what world 1 room instead of 2 is an upgrade, I cannot understand). We conveyed our disappointment and asked for 2 rooms, The next day (Day2) we were continuously disturbed during our city trip (this was to pressurize us to move to 2 studio rooms and vacate 1BR), this after lack of response from the staff in spite of our visit to reception to check the status of the rooms before we started our day trip. And at the end of the day once we were back finally we were assigned 2 Studios as we wanted in first place. And then comes the icing on the cake "THERE WAS A THEFT IN ONE OF OUR ROOM" during the 3rd day when we were out again in the city. We realised this only on the 4th day morning when we were checking out and looked for cash to settle the bills (approximately around 7:45-8:00 am). We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, who started off with what looked like a serious investigation later turned out to be a grind that just killed our time. We had multiple feedbacks from different staff who kept on changing the stance about the investigation, involvement of cops and progress of their investigation. After waiting and ruining our day we finally got a possibility at about 2:30 pm to discuss with the management, who told us their investigation did not get any evidence against their staff (investigation findings from CM staff: Entry readings on Key Card and CCTV footage both Confirmed that there was an entry from cleaning staff. And an oral confirmation from cleaning staff that there were no irregularities during their work). When we were not happy with their investigation, they gave us 2 options either we go to cops after a long day to lodge an official complaint or CM staff would take the same step on our behalf. We asked CM staff to proceed with lodging a complaint on our behalf. We even asked them to let us check out and give us a week's time to settle the dues after investigation reached a conclusion, but management was reluctant to support us in any manner. In the end we cleared our dues and left the property after a long disappointing day. The only courtesy from CM was they offered us to rest in the room, complimentary breakfast and lunch during this investigation. The biggest disappointment or sad state of the property is the lack of the management's interest to solve the issue as soon as possible, this is when 2 theft cases are reported on the same day. Also the suspected cleaning staff was on duty during the investigation from CM staff. Hope they conclude the topic and support us with a resolution soon.

We had a very bad experience in this CM property. There is no safety at all in this resort because all my cash was stolen from my purse, not a single penny was left in my purse. After informing about this issue to the higher authorities, they didn't co-operate for solving this issue. The higher authorities are also involved in this issue. Money theft has happened in more than 4 rooms. Inspite of money theft in more than 4 rooms in the resort, higher authorities are very negligent about solving this issue. They are only bothered about we clearing the bill and checking out. Their behaviour towards us and the issue was rude. As a reputed resort they were least responsible to handle the issue. This careless behaviour of them was very disappointing.
