Clarks Inn Express, KRS Road, Mysore

I recently stayed at Clark Inn Express Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great touch, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day. I especially appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in town.

My stay was decent, but there are several concerns that need to be addressed. The property runs with very limited staff, which affects service quality. There's no functioning restaurant or basic amenities, and the actual location is different from what shows up on Google Maps (when searching Silent Meadow, KRS Road), which creates confusion. The room rent is on the higher side compared to the services provided. Management appears to be quite careless, and for a brand like Clark's, this is disappointing. It doesn't feel like customer satisfaction or retention is a priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

Great stay on a budget, comfortable and worth it!! Our group recently stayed at "CLARKS INN EXPRESS "and I must say, it was an experience beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. The room itself was stunning--elegantly designed, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking nature view. Waking up to the sight of lush greenery, paddy fields was the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life. everything was handled with warmth and professionalism. Thank you team for your amazing hospitality!!

I had been to this property twice. Everything about this hotel is great except food and room services. The rooms are tidy and spacious. All the staffs are polite and courteous. We met Vignesh this December and he was very good. The location is the Plus point away from the chaos and very peaceful. We're looking forward to visit again.

One of the worst hotels in Mysore. New hotel but rooms are not maintained properly. It seems there's is no staff to manage the hotel. While we checked in on 26 Dec 2024 saw approx 15 year old and 7 year old boy who helped in getting the formalities done at check in along with an adult. TV never worked. Dirty towels given. They cannot even deliver a cup of tea. Food served in hotel restaurant was cold. Basic tea coffee accessories had to asked many times before they were given.

Cannot find a worse place. New hotel that's come up only 6 months ago and hence the construction is new. It is absolutely the only thing you can say about this place. 1. Service is completely absent. 2. There is not even a coffee one can get on the premises. 3. The folks at the reception behave like they are being tortured. 4. They didn't even bother to clean my room while I went running in the morning. I booked this hotel to be close to my marathon run place, knowing it is a Clark's Inn chain, and I absolutely regret the decision, should have stayed at Mysore or one of the government properties in Srirangapatna. Please AVOID.

Clean and neat rooms with decent amenities. |Close to Balmuri, edmuri falls, KRS dam and Sri Venu gopala Swamy temple. |No good restaurants nearby. |Complimentary breakfast was pathetic. |It's in a secluded place and only building that is large enough on the road, one may get frightened at nights.

Book this at your own risk and be ready to get cheated, if you cancel reservation. I booked this property in August 2024 for 15th - 16th Nov 2024. Booking confirmation mentioned cancellation policy that if cancelled before 2 days of arrival, full money will be refunded. I cancelled in Nov first week because of personal reason which was more than 10 days before and well within cancellation period. Cancellation mail, said it will take 30 days to reflect refund in your Bank/CC (30 days, seriously????). Anyways, more than 2 months passed and no refund came, when I contacted hotel, no body had clue what happened to cancellation. Everybody was transferring query to each other and finally after few days they said why I did not contacted them after cancelling the reservation, after this they said now they can not refund because GST filling is done, I was shocked like what an absurd excuse. Then they said hotel property is saying they can give only half of the money and when I said I don't need half of money and instead I will file consumer court case, they said they are giving money back. But still they did not refund full money and deducted GST amount.|So this review may not impact or useful for people who are going to stay but may be who have little chance of cancellation, be careful
