Bindurani and her son run this new build, 5 rooms guest house. The rooms are spotless and neat but need more furniture, table and chairs. Could do with a towel rail in the bathroom and some hooks. Car parking is possible on an unbuilt site opposite Bindu Residency where there is a tea shop. This guest house is basic but ideal for a short stay if on business or pleasure. Bindurani and her people are very helpful and above all happy to oblige. Thank you.

Good place, quiet location, good room with balcony, restroom is exactly as the pictures. Pleasant and humble owner- willing to help guests! One thing, they didn't provide a water bottle complimentary with the room, which is a mundane thing for every hotel booking irrespective of AC or non-AC and stars of a hotel. Hotel owner should give a thought ! Overall good room, place, owner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bindu Residency, though I was initially hesitant to book through Airbnb due to its newness and lack of reviews, my experience far exceeded expectations. The property was exactly as shown in the images, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and situated in a quiet residential area conveniently close to main roads.Hence,I extended my stay another two days. Beyond the property itself, what truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the host and her mother. They were attentive and eager to assist with any needs, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was outstanding--delicious, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced, adding a delightful touch to our experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Bindhu Residency to anyone seeking a warm, welcoming stay, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
